Waste of money
Took the whole bottle before bothering to write this review just to be sure that I was on it long enough to see it work(or not work). It didn’t do anything but kill my sex drive! It didn’t suppress my appetite, it didn’t improve energy, it didn’t help burn fat, and it didn’t improve focus or concentration. On top of all that, I noticed that it had been double-labeled. It was marketed as an over-the-counter alternative to Adderall for Attention Deficit Disorder. Then I suppose that when it wasn’t selling as fast as they wanted it to, they put a new label over the old one and called it No-Stim, Jitter-free fat burner. It didn’t do anything beneficial at all, NOTHING! Then towards the end of the bottle when I had no sex drive anymore(my husband and I are at least one-a-dayers for the ten years we’ve been together) and I realized that this was the only thing that could be causing it because I haven’t changed anything else was when I decided that this was officially the biggest waste of money EVER! Don’t bother. I’ve had many different weight loss drugs and most of them do something or other but this one was the worst of at least 20 things I’ve tried. Plain and simple if you need more energy for working out or to start a exercise program you’ll need some sort of stimulant and so far Thermogenics are the best bet of of all the ones I’ve tried.

Good Appetite Suppressant
I’m happy to say I’m very pleased with No-Stim. Have been using it for about three weeks and have actually lost 3lbs. In addition, it’s also actually doing what I had hoped and why I bought it . . . . appetite suppressant. I have diabetes as well as a heart condition so have two diets to which I need to adhere. Was doing great with both and then old age reared it’s head and I needed more help with the diabetes.The first insulin prescribed put pounds on me like white on rice. That is a terrible side effect especially for a woman. But even that could be somewhat tolerable if it was helping, which it did not. Finally more than fifty pounds later with my diabetes (sugar) still not where it should be, my doctor prescribed another insulin.Bottom line and more than18 months later, all of this medication juggling took a toll on my waistline, but EUREKA my diabetes is back on track with my latest insulin. However, now I’m struggling to shed some “insulin pounds”. I just couldn’t get over the hump. Then some weeks ago I began trolling through the Internet trying to find an appetite suppressant that wouldn’t bother my heart, but help me get through long evenings when my will-power ran into a wall along with one of the symptoms/side-effects of diabetes . . . . HUNGER. The new insulin doesn’t increase my appetite as much as the first one we tried; but between medication and diabetes, I was behind the 8-ball and my normal ‘stubborn determination’ wasn’t enough.So in looking for help, my Internet browsing came across No-Stim. I still have a very good appetite and crave off-limit treats, but with No-Stim I can kick in my own determined will power to get the job done and/or at least make a big difference. I’ve only lost 3lbs. thus far, but that’s better than nothing and doctors say slower weight loss stays off longer. In addition, I believe the fatburner part is working too because my stomach isn’t as bloated. All in all, I plan to continue using No-Stim and will gladly take the assistance it’s giving me in any area. Plus, I have had NO side effects. The tablets haven’t bothered my chronic health problems at all!About five years ago I lost 60 pounds and thought I could do that again, but with everything involved, I reluctantly had to look for help. So I’m really tickled with my No-Stim purchase. Finally a product works as advertised. However, I do have one question. How long can a person take No-Stim? Months? Years?Well, thank you for No-Stim. Thanks for tolerating my epistle of an email, but wanted to explain my entire dilemma. Great Product
It has only been a few days but so far I love this product. I am 50 years old, I weigh 137 pounds, work the nightshift and have found that everything slows down the older you get. I get a lot of exercisefrom the job that I do but I am always hungry and have no energy. Considering it has only been a few days I am already seeing and feeling a difference.My appetite has already started to get under control. I’m not wanting to each as much or as often as I did just a week ago. Great product, no side effects
I started this product a little over 2 weeks ago, smack in the middle of the Covid19 pandemic. I was a little worried that this product would cause issues sleeping, even though it has no caffeine, but it does not at all. I take 2 tablets first thing in the morning. I have noticed an increase in energy, but not so much appetite suppression. I was very surprised when I stepped on the scale in my doctor’s office last week. I had actually lost a few pounds! This was totally without trying. I’m now actually focusing on what and when I eat (nothing late evening after dinner), hoping to see improvement in weight loss. Overall I am very happy with this product and definitely will purchase again.

No stimulation at all with great results!
First time taking diet pills as I have heart palpitations and didn’t want to get the shakes accompanied by an even faster heart rate than I already have at age 25…. and these are impressing me as I have had ZERO heart rate change and ZERO jittering!! They take a few days of taking them to start feeling that difference in hunger. Once I started feeling that difference, I found myself skipping a meal without even realizing it! I usually have a hard time dieting or eating less because I’m also anemic and struggle with chronic fatigue due to my fast heart rate so skipping a meal usually sends my body into a panic for nutrition and energy and I shake and get a headache pretty quickly. With these I have ZERO of that and skipping a meal is fine and I feel like my energy is actually a little better… not sure if they are supposed to be energizing but they have had that effect for me. Which is nice. 🙂 in the last two months I have been doing toning workouts 5 times a week, using a waist trainer, and then taking these diet pills for about 3 weeks. I was 150 pounds (5’6 in height) and once I added the pills and the waist trainer I dropped to 140 pounds and lost 2 inches on my waist and 1 inch on my lower belly. I recommend these pills to add to your workouts and diet to help push yourself to the next goal 🙂

A Great Tool to Assist a Weight Loss Program
I’ve been looking for an appetite suppressant that wasn’t filled with caffeine, as I have a sensitivity to stimulants. I was pleased to find one existed so I had to try it.I’ve spent my first month experimenting with how No-Stim works for me – working out and eating healthy while taking the supplement one week, doing nothing but the supplement another, just exercising and taking the supplement another week, etc.It still does the job, even when I did absolutely nothing. The nothing week had a loss of 0.2 lbs, and the week with the exercise and diet had a loss of 1.4 lbs. Incidentally, my workouts are not intense, and eating healthy is just cutting down/out sugar and fried food. Nothing extreme.So, while it does nothing for the appetite suppression for me, it does work for my metabolism. I’m comfortable with the slow, steady weight loss, as it gives me time to adjust to my changing body.Bottom line – not for miracle seekers, but works great as part of your weight loss efforts.

I got this product because it is one of the few appetite suppressants that don’t have caffeine in them. I have taken it maybe 14 days on and off and it does curb my appetite. Since I have high blood pressure and Hoodia can effect that I pulse it, so, one or two days on and a few days off. I didn’t do it at first and noticed I was getting a little dizzy and also my BP was going up. The pulsing seemed to help with the appetite effect as well. When I first got it and took it every day I think the effect wore off a bit. Overall, I like it, the pills are rather big, this is one of the reasons I gave it 3 stars, I don’t like pills, I prefer capsules and like I said these pills are large. Its worth a try!!
