Good Quality brand and product
I’m not an expert ,please consult with your doctor and do your own research before starting any supplement .This is an NMNH supplement produced in the UK, where NMNH is legally available . I take this to boost the effectiveness of NMN and NAD that I take for clarity , energy , and prevention of age related conditions .Longevity Box is known as a reputable producer of supplements , although I do wish they provided more information on testing and quality control , I’m reasonably confident in this brand . The capsules were small and easy to swallow and I suffered no ill effects from taking these .They seem to give me the energized and focused feeling I’ve come to accept from NMNH .They’re pricey , but that’s to be expected from high quality NMNH , so I think it’s a decent value for the two-pack . I will most likely order these again.

Quality lab product no filler
The very first thing I did when I saw this brand was to research it’s company. I was very impressed with their offerings in general and as I’ve tried NMN supplements before, I was excited to give this one a try. Once I received the double pack, I opened one and the first thing I noticed was the super powerful smell. It wasn’t unpleasant but it was just kind of chemically. Like other B vitamin supplements I’ve taken before. If you are familiar with NMN and NAD research, you will find like I did that this is a cut above. In terms of bio-availability and benefit. I have taken this formula now for almost a month and it is really helping me feel more energetic. It is way to early to know if it’s doing all of the things that it is supposed to do but I can say for sure my foggy brain has been clearing up. I usually don’t swallow capsules too well so I found it easiest to open these up and pour the powder directly into a green drink or some juice. I also got some compliments on my skin looking a little clearer and brighter since I started using this formula. Honestly, I have paid quite a bit for NMN in the past but this price is well within a good range given the high quality no filler product.

More benefits promise than evidence
This private-label supplement is sold by Longevity Box, Ltd. a retailer of health and personal care products in England. Each aluminium-foil pouch of the 2-pack has 60 capsules of 250 mg of NMNH, the reduced form of nicotinamide mononucleotide [NMN], in a stabilised crystalline form (typically less susceptible to degrading factors) whose NMNH salt is undisclosed. Any consumer review for this type of supplement could provide –at best– an anecdotical, individual result that cannot be generalized, so I am focusing on the quality of the product. My comments reflect an interpretation of the documentation available at the time of this writing.[1 ] Identity and purity. The origin of any supplement can be relevant to its safety, purity, and efficacy. This is particularly applicable to NMNH, which is chemically unstable and degrades over time, especially if not stored properly. The manufacturer of this NMNH is not disclosed. On the ‘Purity Tests’ webpage of its website, however, Longevity emphasizes that it uses established cGMP-certified suppliers that have regular factory inspections, and that it implements third-party testing “for quality and purity […] for all of our latest batches” using “globally recognised” labs. Indeed, at the time of this writing, a certificate of analysis of 3/2025 (which was not displayed on the website on 9/2025) is accessible for an NMNH sample submitted on 12/2024, which raises issues about testing the “latest batch” (see #2 below). Further, the certificate was prepared 92 days after the sample was received, a very unusual long delay, and does *not* list the actual date of analysis. This certificate, as presented, does not support the claim of analyses for “quality and purity” as it is simply for an identity test, rather than an assay (purity test), so its does not provide % NMNH, nor it screens for heavy metals or bacterial contaminants. In my view, this documentation raises concerns about quality. Whereas this does not exclude that the batch had a high purity, it is relevant to note that a (degraded) mix with, say, 50% NMNH, 30% NMN and 20% inert material might still plausibly pass such an HPLC identity-only test.[2] Potency and shelf life.Received on 6/2025, the pouches had a 3/2027 expiry date. While they do not have a date of manufacture, Longevity’s claim that its12/2024 NMNH sample for the analysis displayed on the website was from the *latest* batch, indicates a minimum shell life of 28 months. This raises unresolved questions. Such a duration is incompatible even for the longer life crystalline NMNH forms, whose manufacturers claim a two-year shelf life but only under best storage conditions — 36 to 46 °F refrigeration at least, no light exposure, and inert atmosphere (nitrogen flushing) in sealed and oxygen-resistant packaging. That may very well be what its supplier provides, but Longevity’s pouches do not have an inert atmosphere, and the temperature at which they are kept during platform’s warehousing is at best unclear. Being a reduced molecule, NMNH has chemical properties make it extremely susceptible to oxidation and pH-driven degradation. Therefore, at least the time between Longevity’s processing of the supplier’s bulk material (such as encapsulation and packaging) and delivery is a high-risk window of cumulative oxidative stress due to the headspace oxygen in the sealed pouch.[3] Clinical evidence.NMNH was first reported in 2018 as a putative chemical species. Two studies in cultured cells and mice reported in 2021 the efficacy of NMNH as an NAD+ precursor, but there are no *published* clinical studies of its effects in humans at this time. One clinical trial (NCT06889740) did study NMNH effects in 2025, but its actual data have been not been published so far. It was directed and supported by a Chinese NMNH manufacturer (EffePharm) and included 4 groups each of 20 healthy subjects in India, an approach that may introduce potential conflict of interest bias. One group compared 250 mg/day NMNH vs. placebo over 90 days ; this comparison lacked a crossover design (where each subject receives both the drug and the placebo at different times during the trial, so each subject serves as their own control to reduce variability in small samples). The other three groups compared the effects of 125, 250, and 500 mg/day NMNH, respectively. Though the trial was completed, its analyses and results were not entered in the registry’s NCT06889740 file, nor published in a peer-reviewed scientific journal. The manufacturer claims that “studies have shown that NMNH can reduce biological age indicators by up to five years”, but there is no available evidence supporting that claim at the time of this writing. Keep in mind that, especially for a first-in-human trial, non-publication after trial completion is generally considered a red flag in biomedical research, since there are strong incentives to publish even neutral results. Comparable situations have occurred with resveratrol, spermidine, NAD+ boosters more broadly, and even earlier with DHEA and telomerase activators.[4] Results.I am a healthy adult in good shape, and have not detected any side effect or benefit so far from this product. The human clinical evidence is insufficient to make definitive claims about the NMNH’s safety and effectiveness at this time. YMMV.~~

Refrigeration is recommended !!Refrigeration is recommended !!
I first learned about Nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) from LIFESPAN — A groundbreaking book, Dr. David Sinclair, leading world authority on genetics and longevity, reveals a bold new theory for why we age. As he writes: “Aging is a disease, and that disease is treatable.”NMNH (an advanced NMN supplement alternative) delivers up to a 10-fold increase in NAD+ levels within minutes, sustained for 24 hours. This cutting-edge NMN NAD booster supports healthy aging, energy production, DNA repair, and the optimal function of key organs like the brain, heart, liver, and muscles.Manufacturer: Longevity Box, their website is informative and believable. Many people might think this supplement is expensive. The health benefits of NMNH are far outweigh the cost, and considering the third-party testing, 98% pure and contain no binders, fillers, flavours, additives, preservatives, excipients, dyes, or heavy metals.Refrigeration is recommended to maintain freshness and preserve the Nicotinamide content — They should PRINT these words in bigger font! The following “mistake” is a bit off-putting to me —The pouch, this Amazon listing page and their website all say this is distributed in the EU and a ‘product of the United Kingdom,’ but the bottom of this Amazon listing here says Country of Origin: USA

Boosts NAD+Boosts NAD+
NAD+ is present in every cell of the body. It’s main job is to improve mitochondrial function, which gives cells more energy. NAD+ levels can decline with age. One way to raise these levels is by taking NMNH, which is a precursor to NAD+. NMNH supplementation helps the body to synthesize more NAD+.Longevity Box’s pure powder NMNH contains 250mg per capsule. You only need to take one capsule a day. With consistent use, each day NAD+ levels increase and become more efficient. So with consistent use, I began to feel like I had more energy everyday. The energy increase was subtle in the first couple of weeks, but it builds up over time and became more noticeable for me after 2 months. I’m on month 3 of this 4 month supply and have every intention of continuing this daily supplement.
