Reasonably priced, easy to take, hard to be sure of the benefits
One thing that I like to note when I review supplements is that, as reviewers, we cannot tell you whether or not a supplement can work for you. Supplements will only help you if they provide something your body needs and doesn’t get enough of, and only you and your medical provider can determine if both of those are true for a given supplement.Also, it’s important to note that some things can build up in the body, so it’s especially important to not over-supplement things that can accumulate. Most supplements, though, are just excreted, which means that taking extra really is just a waste. Think of it this way: pretend that the amount of something your body needs is what fits into a shot glass. Maybe you only get half of that, so you need half of a shot glass added to be complete. Great. If you pour in a gallon of supplement, all but a bit of that overflows and is wasted. Most of the time, that overflow goes down the drain. But for some supplements, that overflow spills onto something that can be ruined (like your body if you take too much of something it can’t get rid of).So, *please* add up *all* of the things in *all* of your supplements to make sure that you’re taking what you need and not over-taking anything.In the case of this supplement, there are multiple ingredients, each of which might be in other things you’re taking. And, to make it “worse”, there’s no RDA to go by, so it’s not easy to tell how much you need, what’s the most you can take, and whether or not it’s safe to take too much.All of that being said, for these, the two capsules are easy to swallow (but I wish it was just one), the price is extremely reasonable for a month’s supply, and I’ve noted no negative side effects aside from increased appetite, which I *suspect* is due to these supplements. I’ve also not really noted any positive effects, but, again, that does not mean you won’t.

Learning about NMN has been a great! I feel more energized and alert. My workouts are better. I feel like a fine tuned machine, even better with age. I’ve acquired 2 different NMN supplements through vine. Slightly different doses but not enough that I notice a difference. I take one capsule in the morning and still feel great at the gym at night with no negative side effects.

I’m happy with these NMN capsules so far, and I really like the little container they come in. The wide top makes it very easy to grab a couple capsules out each day, but it isn’t a child-proof cap. Keep in mind that the label says 1000mg, but that is the total amount of all the ingredients, not just the NMN. The previous brand I was taking actually had 1000mg of NMN per serving, so I was a little surprised to see that this one is actually 500mg of NMN, and the other 500mg is a combination of TMG, quercetin, and resveratrol. But that is still an effective dose, so it’s not a big deal. NMN always seems to be a very effective NAD+ precursor for me, and I can really feel a difference each day after taking it for a couple years now.The capsules are just as easy to swallow as any others out there. One serving requires 2 capsules, so the 120 capsules in the container will provide 60 days worth of servings. I haven’t had any stomach discomfort or any other negative effects from taking these. The product seems like it’s well made and a good quality. The price at the time of ordering was $26.99, but I see it has been reduced to $14.99, which I think is reasonable for a 60 day supply.

As I’m aging, I’ve been on that quest to aid my body in doing so as gracefully as I can.As we age, our NAD levels decline. NAD is a compound that has great impact on energy, metabolism, and cellular repair. NMN is a body produced molecule that produces NAD.Dose is 2 medium sized capsules per day, they go down easy. Package recommends taking with food but I usually take in morning with my water & coffee only and no issues.Package says distribution is in FL and company in France. However, the plastic wrap advises it’s made in China.This is one of those things that have long term impact. If I’m honest, I’m unsure I feel the effects yet but have only been taking 2.5 weeks. Have had more energy but I can’t say it’s due to this product or not.As I’ve been unable to really verify the source, I don’t think I’ll be getting again.

This supplement didn’t work the way I wanted it to work but I am giving it 5 stars and here is why. The supplement advertises that it supports energy conversion on a cellular level and in some way it says it impacts your metabolism. I believe this is true but in my body it translated to me snacking a lot more often. I noticed it about the third day after I started taking the supplements. Yes, I was converting energy and yes my metabolism was working so the supplements did what they promised but I discontinued my usage and my snacking dropped to normal.I have all sorts of medical variations so I may just be an outlier and this is why I decided to judge these supplements on their quality and the fact that they do what they promise. They are easy to take: they are a medium size, no smell and didn’t cause any stomach problems. The supplements are currently 12 cents a pill and the bottle comes with a two month supply so the cost ratio is good.

These capsules are easy to take with no aftertaste. They are the same size as most other capsules. The container it comes in is very convenient and easy to use. It is not child proof at all so I recommend keeping out of reach of children. This is a great combination of quality ingredients. I haven’t really noticed any difference since taking these but it may be one of those things that doesn’t work immediately. I have been talking them for about a week now and haven’t had any negative side effects. The bottle comes with a 60 day supply so it is definitely enough time to see if it’s worth it. The price seems pretty affordable for what you are getting.
