Not worth the money.
I have since learned that taking NMN in this form is not recommended, as it is not absorbable. So basically a waste of money. As always, buyer beware!

Portable convenient way to take NMN and touts all the certifications for safety.
Like all supplements I take, it’s important for me to see the processes behind the product to make sure I know the quality of what I put in my body. Typically I like to look at the big 3: where it’s made, was it made in cGMP-certified facilities, and is it 3rd party tested. From what the product detail page states, it’s made in the USA, 3rd party lab tested, and made in GMP-certified facilities as well as getting an NSF certification, so quite impressive. I did try to find the company Pepax on some of the databases, but I couldn’t find it, so a bit interesting.I know there are NAD+ vs NMN (precursor to NAD+) and from what research I have done, it seems it’s better to take NMN which helps to convert to NAD+ whilst directly taking NAD+ loses some bioavailability due to breakdown in the digestive system. It uses a vegetable-based capsule to hold the NMN powder if that’s important to you. Taking the two capsules to get the 500mg serving was straight forward and easy with water, and no ill or side effects taking this one so looking good so far. I also like the convenience of having this in pill form for more portability compared to the straight powder version.

On the second bottle now. Between this, other supplements, and my skin care regimen…my skin looks better than it did when I was a teenager!

These come as medium capsules filled with pure white, very fine powder. No discernable odor, flavor or after taste. The dosage requires multiple capsules depending on how high of a dose that you’re going for.I’ve seen a lot about this on social media but I’m still not actually sure what the acute effects are supposed to be, if any, but I’ve seen enough people recommend it that I’m buckled in for the foreseeable future. I’ve heard NMN is more useful to the body than NAD if it’s not being injected but I know there’s still a lot of uncertainty about the best form to use. I’ve actually been taking multiple types…for science. So far I’m not sure I’ve seen meaningful effects. It may have improved my energy levels but I really can’t say for sure. If my gray hairs go away or I develop superpowers then I’ll come back and preach the good word.
