This is an excellent product that provides that important supplement.NMN is a precursor to NAD+, which is listed as an ingredient to support cellular energy, give methylation support, and of course, antioxidant support. This supplement also includes important additional ingredients, such as TMG, Grape Seed Extract and Nicotinamide Mononucleotide – all of which work towards providing healthy aging suppport. I am not getting any younger, so this is important to me, especially now.The capsules are regular sized and easy enough to swallow. The dose is a single capsule, which is nice in my opinion. Thus far I have not experienced any unwanted side effects or adverse reactions to this supplement, although I must also say that I have not been taking it for long. It is gentle on my stomach, and I find I can take it equally as well on a full or empty belly. There is no taste associated with this supplement capsule, either when taking them, or as a repeat “burp” aftertaste.And they are at a good price. Current list price is 16 bucks for 90 capsules, which is a 3 month supply. I rate that as a good/very good value for the money spent, and it gets my recommendation.

NMN Supplement 250mg
The NMN supplement average for me in comparison to others. Here’s what I liked about the product -it supports all of the allergy type free ingredients that may inhibit my ability to take the product and that was important to me. I really wanted an additional anti aging support product because I am a 55 year old female going on 56 years old. The capsules were easy to take, and no smell exists when you take them. They didn’t turn me off. I didn’t experience any stomach upset, and I am a person that would know right away as my stomach can be iffy. It seems like a quality product but I am not seeing or feeling any benefits. I thought I may have some extra energy but it isn’t there. You get a 90 day supply for a pretty cheap price and it is low by comparison to others on the market.Drawbacks – I didn’t experience any increase in memory or energy but maybe that’s because I am already high strung and on the go. I also already take something for my heart (naturally) and digestions so perhaps that is why no change. I may or may not buy again.

I’ve been taking NAD+ supplements for about 8 years and can’t say I notice significant day-to-day benefits, but I trust the scientific research involved and believe my energy level are generally higher when I’m taking them. For NMN specifically, I typically take brands that include resveratrol or combine with a resveratrol supplement as there is evidence that combination works well. This version includes grape seed extract and, while both resveratrol and grape seed extract are derived from grapes, provides different benefits/effects.Regardless of whatever dose a brand recommends, I typically take around 250mg, so this pill is perfect for me.There are some very expensive supplements out there that aim for these effects and some that are cheaper. Nice Idea, But Too Low on the Dosage!
As an NASM-CPT for the past 21yrs and a life-long athlete, I’ve seen a lot of “snake oil” sold at health food stores.In a case like this, these ingredients are known and studied to have certain effects on the human body and they can have notable benefits. The problem I have with this is … if you have a headache and only take 200mg of ibuprofen, when your headache really requires 800mg to get the job done, Well… I don’t care how much you trust that brand, you didn’t take enough. Same holds true with this one. This product is a perfect example of that… a nice cocktail, just about 1/4th of what you really may need. If you research each of these NMN and TMG, the dose used for said studies on them were all done at higher doses.If you want to take this for some daily “maintenance”, great!!.. if you want to see some actual results you may actually notice, for a few dollars more you can find 1000mg. doses of NMN here on Amazon. If you like the “cocktail” idea of NMN and TMG, you may look into getting those separately for higher doses of each. But until you get to that place, see if you get results from this lower dose version. On the plus side, you can always turn this 90 day supply into 45 or 22days… by taking more daily. Maybe for you, the lower dose works just fine. But that will be for you to determine.

I’ve taken the supplement NAD or NAD+ for a while now. I’m always looking for ways to boost my body’s my energy production. NMN came on my radar and it sounds intriguing. My body tends to respond rapidly to supplements, even at lower doses, so I like this option which allows me to potentially adjust the dose, starting at a lower level. I appreciate the TMG and grape seed paired with the NMN as well. This capsule is the standard size and I find it easy to swallow. There is no flavor or odor. When taking a capsule a day, I seem to experience a higher level of energy throughout the hours – small but noticeable, just a little more steady as I go through tasks. Less exhaustion at the end of the day as well. Not a large difference but noted. I haven’t noticed any side effects. Labeling indicates third party testing and non-GMO ingredients but no indication of what standard of testing is used, where testing is done, or what is tested.
