I hadn’t heard of Perfect vitamins until my doctor recommended them. I like that they are third party test for quality. I had heard a lot about NAD, so I decided to give it a try. My elderly parents have been taking them for about two weeks now. They tolerate the pills well. I haven’t experienced any side effects. I’ve heard it takes anywhere from 3 weeks to 3 months to see the effectiveness of a supplement, so I’ll see after that time if there are any changes in my energy and mental clarity. Until then its hard to rate its effectiveness.The pills are small and easy to take. My only complaint is I wish the full dose didn’t take three pills. I would have preferred one larger pill. But if you don’t like taking large pills then this is a good option for you.

There is so much positive information out about NMN, including longevity gurus that I heard speak. So I’ve been using NMN for a few years now as part of my healthy lifestyle. So I was excited to try the NMN capsules by Perfect Vitamins. I like that these NMN supplements are made in the great USA, GMO-free, and made in a GMP-certified facility.The recommended dose on the label is 3 small capsules that total 500mg of NMN. That seems to be a middle-of-the-road dose. I think I feel pretty comfortable with a 500mg dose for my wellness. At 500mg,3 capsules a day, there is enough in the bottle to supply me with a month of NMN.I have removed one star because the FDA requires that the distributor or manufacturer list a FULL mailing address or phone number on the bottle. The address listed on this bottle only shows the city and state, but does not show a street, a box number, or a zip code. Nor is there a phone number on the bottle. I hope that they will rectify this labeling problem soon.

This is a very basic, straight forward NAD+ precursor supplement that doesn’t bother with any other added ingredients. I tend to prefer NMN over other NAD+ precursor supplements because it’s one of the more effective ways to help your body boost its own NAD+ levels. The capsules are standard in size, and are just as easy to swallow as any others, which is a good thing since the serving size is 3 capsules. I like that the 90 pills are in a small bottle that doesn’t take up an unnecessary amount of space. I haven’t had any negative effects, like stomach discomfort, from taking these capsules. NAD+ supplements have always seemed to help provide me with a little more energy throughout the day.I ended up taking one star away due to the relatively high price of $24.95. Since a serving is 3 capsules, this bottle only ends up being a 30 day supply, so the price feels a little high. That being said, it does seem like a good quality product. “Perfect Vitamin Products” does not seem to mention any 3rd party testing on the bottle or on their website, but they are made in the U.S. in GMP facilities. The best-by date on the bottle is about 22 months away, so they are plenty fresh.
