These capsules seem pretty much as described. I felt no perceptible short term effect, nor was any expected (apart from a possible placebo effect).There is some evidence that NMN (and resveratrol in much larger amounts) may have some benefits for slowing aging.Each capsule has 250mg NMN with a minimal amount of resveratrol (the 50mg which is about 1/10 as much as the 100-1000mg dose in competing resveratrol capsules). By the label, these capsules also have a small amount of black pepper (but there are no refereed clinical trials showing that black pepper will do anything more than flavor food) and this has 100mg TMG (TMG is normally made in the body and compared to the amount made internally and in a normal diet, this amount is small).There is no information on whether the potency and composition have been tested by any 3rd party.

I take NMN supplements to help with energy and vascular health, as I spend most of my day on calls. Fitfido NMN capsules are labeled as being made in the USA in a GMP-certified facility (which I really like to see in all my supplements) and third‑party tested (we will come back to this). This is also non‑GMO, sugar‑free, gluten‑free, and additive‑free. This is all the good stuff you look for in a supplement. The bottle contains 60 clear-coated capsules that are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. Each serving (2 capsules, 30-day supply per bottle) delivers 500 mg of NMN and 3 other supplements (Resveratrol, TMG and CoQ10) and also contains black pepper extract (used to help absorption). I like that this is NMN and not NAD (you can look up the difference between the two) and it includes CoQ10 which I take anyway and this makes it easier. I do wish the CoQ10 were Ubiquinol instead of the Ubiquinone, as I am 50+ and that works better for me but not a deal breaker. I normally do not take Resveratrol or TMG, but I have no concerns about their inclusion as I think they can be helpful. The 500mg per serving is the normal dosage I take and works for me, I defer on how well this works for others as supplements affect everyone differently. My only other note concerns the third‑party testing claim. I could not find any COA or lab information and I do wish it was included somewhere or easier to find. At $0.75 a serving, this product is on the higher-end of NMN supplements (still reasonable) but that might be worth it as you are getting 3 other supplements in one. Overall, this appears to be a well made and clean supplement, overall I am happy with it.

No loose powder in the bottle, no odor when opening, standard size and easy to swallow, and no aftertaste after taking them.I didn’t have any issues, no stomach irritation, and no noticeable side effectsThe packaging is triple sealed overall with plastic outer wrap for the box, shrink band over the cap, and inner seal under the cap, which gives confidence in handling. However, the inner seal itself was not fully secure when opened. It was still in place, just not tightly adhered.

The capsules are easy to swallow, and I notice no flavor or after taste when taking these with water. The amount in each bottle is enough for 30 days. I highly recommend this supplement.
