Benefits of NMN enhanced with Resveratrol and Quercetin for additional benefits
I have been a fan of NMN and the positive effect it has had on my overall physical body and mind and wish that I had found this out much sooner. When this item became available, I was pleased to give it a try. The 2 a day pills are in a capsule form, and the capsule size is moderate, not small, but pretty standard. They are a little larger than my other NMN only pills so I can only assume that it is the addition of the resveratrol and quercetin. I have never had a problem taking most pills, so these are fine for me. The addition of these last 2 ingredients may enhance the overall impact of the pills in other areas. These extra ingredients seem to provide the additional element of heart and immune support. I have used quercetin in the past as a prophylactic for potential upper respiratory infections. The instructions advise taking 2 pills in the morning with food. I have taken other NMN brands that do not require food with ingestion. I am on an intermittent fasting schedule and take the pills with water early in the morning on an empty stomach. I haven’t experienced any stomach distress, and the pills seem to have a similar effect physically as my other brands. I take it early due to the energy it seems to provide during the day. I do not recommend taking NMN at night based on my personal experience. The bottle does provide the date of manufacture as well as a QR code that can be accessed to provide product information. The product website does not provide specific manufacture/purity results for this specific bottle of pills as some websites. The website essentially relays information regarding company standards, etc. This is a pretty standard product and based on the current price of these pills on the product website these capsules are competitive with other NMN brands available.

Quality vegan capsule
A very well made complex. This is exactly what it claims to be—a 3-in-1 supplement combining NMN, resveratrol, and quercetin into a single dose. The vegan capsules are well constructed, go down easily, and have absolutely no smell or bad taste and I haven’t had any side effects that I can think of. The quality feels on par with premium brands like Thorne or Nature Made, completely avoiding that dusty, el-cheapo capsule feel. As with any longevity supplement, it’s hard to say if it’s working yet in terms of cellular repair or the blood pressure benefits from the resveratrol. But if you’re like me and want to streamline your daily energy stack, this is worth a try. I’m going to keep at it.

This includes NMN which is Nicotinamide Mononucleotide which is known as a natural molecule and actually a vitamin B3 derivative which the body then converts into NAD+. These are considered to support improved mental clarity as well. This is a combined 3 in 1 formula with NMN, Trans-Resveratrol and Quercetin.First and importantly, in my estimation, this particular NMN formula is made in the USA which for me is reassuring about quality. Notably, it is also third-party tested and is also listed as non-gmo [which I greatly appreciate since gmo’s are showing up in the most unexpected places now …even with certain supplements, so a specific non-gmo designation is terrific in my estimation and providing that extra peace of mind. Additionally, it is also tested for heavy metals. Excellent! More quality assurance!
