Tastes Good but Need Four a Day
I’ve been using the NIUEFAR Creatine Gummies (Vegan Creatine Monohydrate, 5400mg, 90 Count) and overall, I like them. The blueberry flavor is nice and makes taking creatine feel a little more like a treat. The gummies are pretty big, and you need to take four a day, so keep that in mind if you prefer taking fewer.They’re easy to take and don’t leave much of an aftertaste. I also like that they’re vegan and low in calories. I can’t say if they work better than regular creatine powder, but I find the gummies just as convenient as mixing powder. Not a fan of the texture
Creatine is supposed to be one of the best things you can take to help your muscles, so I was happy to find it in a gummy. It is very easy to chew a couple in the morning and then have a couple more later in the day to reach the four gummies you need. This is much better than trying to drink a big, chalky protein shake all at once. Even though it is hard to tell exactly how well supplements are working, I like to think I am taking something that is healthy for my body.The biggest problem is that these gummies do not feel very good when you eat them. They are soft at first, but as you chew, they start to feel gritty like there is sand inside, which is not very pleasant. They also have a bit of a weird aftertaste from the fake sugar they use. I have tried other gummies that taste like real candy, but these are just okay. Because of the texture and the strange flavor, I probably will not buy this specific brand again.

The taste isn’t good, but it’s not bad.The gummy is pretty tough, but still chewable. It’s one of the more firmer / tougher gummies I’ve had.Nutritionally, it’s okay. 4 cubes is a serving. It does come out to about 5.4g which is a typical dose. It includes taurine (fights fatigue) plus muscle nutrients (potassium, magnesium) and others.As far as muscle support and recovery, it’s actually pretty good with the nutrients it has.Great option if you don’t like pills or powder.
