I really like this product. Many manufacturers and sellers have a tendency to overstate the benefits. However, that is not the case this time because this product really worked for me. I have to give it my highest recommendation. Five stars!

Works well enough for lowering my blood pressure…
L-Arginine increases the nitrous oxide in the bloodstream which causes the blood vessel to relax and lower blood pressure. While it is a boon for stamina when working out, it is also good for those of us that have high blood pressure. For me, at this dosage it works well and seems to last all day… it drops my BP by about 30 points systolic (top number) and 20 points diastolic (bottom number).While this is a normal-sized capsule, it takes two of them to reach the recommended dosage. It also costs more than more well-known brands of L-Arginine only at the same dosage that have 4x more servings than this (28USD vs 12USD). This product has added ingredients which may or may not be helping me, but I cannot see significant difference in my BP between this and the less expensive name-brand product.I am rating this four stars, as it does its job well. As always, your mileage, preferences, and medical circumstances may vary…

You can read all kind of claims on line about products containing the ingredients in this product. Most “real” science sites say that they may work for some people. Have not seen any openly say “This does nothing” or say “This works 100% of the time.” For me, I didn’t really notice any real difference. It did lower my blood pressure very slightly, which might be a concern if your blood pressure is normally low (or you are on any medicines that also lower your blood pressure). It might work for you, didn’t seem to do much for me. As with all supplements, it is best to talk to your doctor before taking anything.
