    Good product. Economically priced.

    Niacinamide taken at 1000mg three times daily will eliminate all joint pain in 4 to 6 weeks. If you stop taking it the pain will return. I’ve been taking it for eight years now and at 80 years of age I have NO hip, knee, elbow or shoulder joint pain. Much cheaper than joint replacement surgery.

    The price is good. Easy to swallow. Do they work? I can only assume that they do. I don’t like drugs so I take these instead of statins for cholesteral.

    Pain relief for the knees this helps 3000 mg a day for 3 weeks no pain thanks a whole bunch also add 2000 mg of vitiman c with this great pain reduction the pain will come back if you stop taking niacinamide I don’t know weather or not it’s 500 or 1000 but I do know it works for is O A knees and shoulder
