All encompassing power gummies
I like that this multivitamin is just about all-encompassing for everything I want to supplement for my teen. Not only does it provide basic vitamins and minerals but it also has Omega 3s, Probiotics, and a fruit and vegetable blend which is great for my pick eater that does not get enough of those things in her diet. It is a good quality supplement, I like that there is no added sugars or artificial colors. They are easy to incorporate into the routine and since they are gummies they are easy to chew and swallow. The taste is not as good as some of the other gummy vitamins I have tried, I feel like they have a little bit of a metallic mineral taste. But overall my teen hasn’t complained about taking them and I feel like they are a good value because they take the place of of a number of other supplements in just two gummies.

The gummies are easy to take and make a good option for teens who don’t like swallowing pills. Overall, a convenient and thoughtfully formulated supplement for everyday nutritional support.

Quality vitamin gummy for teensQuality vitamin gummy for teens
I actually think this is a pretty impressive formula compared to most teen gummies. Usually gummy vitamins sacrifice ingredient quality because of taste, but this one includes several forms I was pleasantly surprised to see.The biggest thing that jumped out at me (and that I know you appreciated) is the use of methylfolate (5-MTHF) instead of plain folic acid and methylcobalamin instead of cyanocobalamin. Since my son has the MTHFR genetic mutation, I really appreciate seeing methylated forms that many people are able to utilize more efficiently than the standard synthetic versions.I also like that the minerals are mostly in well-absorbed forms like magnesium bisglycinate, zinc glycinate, selenomethionine, and chromium polynicotinate. It even includes DHA and EPA omega-3s, probiotics, lutein, zeaxanthin, and a small blend of fruits and vegetables, making it feel more complete than many basic teen multivitamins. The taste, well, they are a bit “vitaminy” but what can you really expect from actual vitamins? We don’t want too much sugar drowning out the taste! Think Flintstones vitamins meets fruit punch gummy. It’s not bad. Not delicious but definitely tolerable for most teenagers. One thing I always encourage parents to pay attention to is vitamin B6. This formula contains a reasonable amount (1.2 mg), but B6 is added to so many multivitamins, energy drinks, electrolyte powders, protein shakes, and other supplements that it can quietly add up over time. While B6 is an essential vitamin, too much over long periods can actually become toxic and may cause nerve damage (peripheral neuropathy), including numbness, tingling, burning sensations, pain, balance problems, and weakness. Those symptoms can take months—or even years—to fully improve once excessive B6 is stopped, and in some cases they may not completely resolve. It isn’t something most people think about, but it’s worth adding up the total B6 from everything you or your children take rather than assuming more is always better.Packaging was excellent as well. The two bottles arrived securely shrink-wrapped together, each container had its own inner freshness seal, and there was also a desiccant packet inside to help keep the gummies fresh. The raspberry bear-shaped gummies were soft, easy to chew, and a nice size for teens. Overall, I think this is a thoughtfully formulated multivitamin with several higher-quality ingredients than I typically expect to find in a gummy. The company also appears to have put thought into the formulation, using several higher-quality vitamin and mineral forms than I typically see in gummy vitamins. While I always appreciate even greater transparency, such as publicly available third-party testing results, the packaging, ingredient choices, and manufacturing information left me with a generally positive impression. And as far as my usual dog model… he was far more interested in finishing breakfast than helping with quality control this time. He gave these exactly the amount of attention you’d expect from someone who had kibble in front of him! 🐶😄

Great vitamins for teens and adults but be careful when giving to younger childrenGreat vitamins for teens and adults but be careful when giving to younger children
These gummy vitamins for teens are a sweet deal since you get 2 bottles in the package. The stack of vitamins and minerals in each serving is extremely complete, meaning there is no need to purchase additional supplements in order to make sure your child is getting optimal nutrition from their vitamins. I have actually been taking them myself because I ran out of my usual multivitamin, and these honestly work great for me as an adult and I notice an energy boost when I take them vs when I don’t. The gummies are easy to take and taste great, however they do clump together in the bottle – but that’s pretty typical.I wasn’t paying attention and didn’t realize that these were methylated vitamins, however, and we had been giving them to our 6-year old son who has autism and he also gets another methylated gummy, and his first week of school started out badly. He was throwing tantrums and was extremely agitated and we couldn’t figure out why until I actually googled the ingredients for these vitamins to write my review. Turns out that they may be too strong for him and the combination of the two different vitamins was making him “over-methylated”. The symptoms add up, so we stopped giving him these vitamins and we are hoping that his behavior improves next week. However, I will keep taking them as these have been perfect for me and I appreciate the extra little bit of energy in the afternoon. Just be aware of how potent methylated vitamins can be – especially for sensitive kids who already have issues with overstimulation. That being said, this is a great product and the issues with our son was totally our fault for not fully reading and understanding what’s on them before giving them to him.

Wholesome vitamins that will love you teen just like you do!Wholesome vitamins that will love you teen just like you do!
It is so difficult to judge the effectiveness of vitamins and supplements in a short time frame. Over time is the best way to tell so, given that this our first usage, keep that in mind.We got this because the ingredients are high quality wholesome. It’s exactly what you should be giving your little ones. Even the colors come from natural dyes. The ingredients also help with better absorption. My big concern (and you should follow this too) is that supplements are not regulated by FDA so you have to regulate them yourself.I suggest following these best practices,My common sense supplement test – Always look for COA (Certificate of Analysis) and request one if not found. To request one the bottle you have must have a batch or lot number. If your supplement does NOT have a lot number that’s a bad bad sign. Happily this bottle does have a lot/batch number.Look for Transparent labeling – This bottle has a-lot of details even an email for more info. Conversely I have seen labels that do not even list the company name – keep a lookout.Look for Batch/lot traceability – Well printed on the topIf you love your body, and I know you do because you’re reading this, then protect it like a temple and feed it goodness. I hope you found this helpful and Sending good health your way!

Convenient Gummies that aren’t Overly SweetConvenient Gummies that aren’t Overly Sweet
I’m not a big fan of stevia and so when I saw this was one of the included ingredients I almost didn’t order. I’m very glad I didn’t let the stevia dissuade me. These gummies have a subtle berry taste and are neither sweet nor sour. Too much stevia can leave a peculiar aftertaste for me. These have no aftertaste that I notice. The gummies are soft and easy to chew. They are in the typical gummy bear format. In our warm New Mexico climate, I’m surprised more of the gummies haven’t stuck together in the jar, a few have, but so far have been easy to break apart.I do appreciate that these are labeled sugar free. I also like that the ingredient list is easy to understand. The expiration date of 6/2028 is conveniently displayed on the top of the jar. The 2 pack of sixty counts is also convenient because I won’t have to re-order for a good while. The label says the product is third-party tested, which is reassuring, although I couldn’t find information on the label about where to access the test results.I like these gummies and the gummy format. Saves me from having to take a bunch of pills.

A tasty multivitamin that gets the methylation part right!A tasty multivitamin that gets the methylation part right!
Most teen multivitamins are essentially adult formulas repackaged with a younger face on the label. Nextdia’s formula is genuinely built with teenage nutritional needs in mind and the ingredient quality reflects it.The methylated B vitamins are the standout. Using methylcobalamin B12 and methylfolate rather than the cheaper cyanocobalamin and folic acid means the body can use them directly without any conversion step, which matters especially for the significant portion of teens who carry the MTHFR gene variant without knowing it. The formula layers a solid multivitamin foundation of vitamins A, C, D3, K2, calcium, magnesium, and zinc with algae-sourced omega-3 DHA and EPA for brain development, a superfood complex for additional micronutrient density, and a probiotic blend for gut health and immune support. That is a genuinely comprehensive daily picture rather than just hitting the standard vitamin checkboxes. The D3 and K2 pairing is a smart choice for teens specifically since the combination directs calcium into bones rather than soft tissues during a critical window of bone density development. The GummieJel dual-layer technology protects active ingredients including the omega-3 and probiotics from oxidation for better stability and potency. Sugar-free, made in a cGMP-certified facility, and the two pack format gives solid value for a daily supplement that covers this much nutritional ground. The flavor is genuinely good and two gummies daily is an easy habit to build into a morning routine.

Thoughtfully Formulated Teen Multivitamin, but Greater Transparency Would Strengthen ConfidenceThoughtfully Formulated Teen Multivitamin, but Greater Transparency Would Strengthen Confidence
★★★★☆ (4 out of 5 stars)This teen multivitamin aims to do considerably more than provide basic vitamins. In addition to a broad range of essential vitamins and minerals, it includes algae-derived omega-3s, probiotics, lutein, zeaxanthin, and a blend of fruits and vegetables, creating a more comprehensive nutritional profile than many teen gummies. One welcome feature is that the gummies are sugar-free and avoid artificial colors, artificial flavors, gluten, soy, and dairy. That is a refreshing departure from many gummy supplements that rely heavily on added sugars simply to improve taste. The inclusion of algae-based DHA and EPA is another positive, providing omega-3 fatty acids without relying on fish oil.The bone-support formulation appears thoughtfully assembled by combining calcium with vitamin D3, vitamin K2, magnesium, phosphorus, and zinc. Rather than emphasizing a single nutrient, these ingredients work together in ways that better reflect current nutritional understanding. The addition of probiotics, lutein, zeaxanthin, and plant-based superfoods broadens the formulation beyond a conventional multivitamin. While the quantities of these specialty ingredients are not clear from the product description, they complement rather than replace the importance of a consistently nutritious diet.Several questions remain, however. The description mentions third-party testing and manufacturing in cGMP-compliant facilities, both of which are encouraging, but it does not identify an independent certification program such as NSF, USP, or ConsumerLab. Likewise, while the product appears suitable for many plant-based consumers because it contains algae omega-3s and no obvious animal-derived ingredients, no widely recognized independent vegan certification is evident from the available information. An external certification would provide additional confidence regarding ingredient sourcing and manufacturing practices. As with virtually any multivitamin, individuals taking prescription medications or managing medical conditions should review the ingredient list with an appropriate healthcare professional before long-term use, particularly because vitamin K, minerals, and probiotic supplements may not be appropriate for everyone. For many healthy teenagers who already consume a varied, well-planned diet rich in whole plant foods, supplements are not a substitute for nutritious eating habits. Instead, products like this are best viewed as nutritional insurance that may help fill dietary gaps when eating patterns are inconsistent.Overall, this appears to be a carefully designed, modern teen multivitamin that avoids many of the drawbacks commonly found in gummy supplements while incorporating several evidence-informed ingredients. Greater disclosure regarding ingredient dosages, independent certifications, and verified vegan certification would strengthen confidence even further.Rating: 4 out of 5 stars.
