I’ve come to the end of this bottle and finally, my review of this Next-Microbiome Vellura Menopause relief. I got this because I liked the herbal blend of things like black cohosh, red clover, and grape seed. The added prebiotic benefits help with gut health and overall stomach wellness. The pills are small and easy to take and the results were immediate. This is a great quality product that relieved my menopause symptoms and I experienced less hot flashes and they were less severe. I think it also helped with my sleeping habits too because I noticed I slept more soundly. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll buy this because it’s really steep at almost $80! Not sure what ingredient is hiking up the price on this but it’s steep for me. If it were FSA/HSA eligable, then I might consider it. This product is for someone who wants results and doesn’t care what it cost.

I’ve been taking this supplement for several weeks now. It seems to slightly reduce hot flashes and helps stabilize my mood, but the effect is minor, and it took several weeks to notice any difference. However, the price is quite high (around $80) for 60 capsules, and the results may not be significant enough to justify the cost for everyone. I did not find that this helped much with providing relief or helping with energy/mood regulation.
