Not a bad way to take a saw palmetto supplement…
I’m still new to taking these kinds of supplements but I’ve seen the value of taking saw palmetto when you’re a bit older and having it in an easy-to-take form that looks more natural is ideal. When opening the sealed bag I saw that the majority of the capsules were stuck together slightly, not a major issue though. For some reason when I took the first one I actually thought it was chewable and bit down on it. It’s not meant to be taken that way but the taste was fine, the oil had a bit of a bland nutty taste but nothing bitter or sour. I guess if you wanted to avoid swallowing the capsules this would be one way to do it. As for the benefits I can’t say too much yet; I haven’t had any adverse effects though; hopefully it’s something that benefits long-term as opposed to short-term effects. Overall I don’t mind this, assuming the supplement facts listed on the bag are accurate then I’m fine with taking this daily.

Some good seed oil for a change
ustomer Review of Free Product( What’s this? )I’ve eaten pumpkin seeds and taken Saw Palmetto for Prostate inflammation but I’m hoping two of these a day will be good for maintenance. The potential problem I can see with the effectiveness of these is that there is very little Saw Palmetto so I doubt taking these would suffice if I was in the middle of a prostate problem.The quality of the oil seems good and I’ve no had stomach pain or other side effects. There are a lot of pills per container so it’s a decent value. I’ll keep taking these consistently to see of they wort off future prostate issues.
