    My teens LOVE these!!

    Hard to get my teen boys to take their vitamins but they love these! Seems to have helped my 17 year who doesn’t get outside and get enough vitamin D from sunlight. His mood has improved.

    I bought the gummy version because the fermented D3 tablets have been out of stock. These are delicious & made me consider switching more of my vitamins & minerals to gummies! I can’t speak yet to the absorption as compared to the pills, as I haven’t re-tested my D since switching to these. Though, the IU is a bit low so i’ll probably use these more in summer than in winter.
