I scuba dive everyday
I have been taking the pills for about one month and started at 4 a day to 2 a day. I bought two bottles and one is almost finished. No noticeable affects have taken place. Skin and nails still seem the same. I started to take this because I scuba dive everyday and my skin is ultra dry even in the humid tropics due to constant salt water saturation. Will continue to take but after 60 days/second bottle if nothing is better I wil not continue to purchase.—-UpdateAfter two bottles my skin is the same but my hair is noticeably thicker and healthier. I guess I can’t win everything. I will continue to take bc diving also thinned out my hair over time and this seems to help.

Good stuff
First off the, ‘Halal” gelatin review does not make the distinction between meats and gelatin. Not everyone gives credence to an issue in regard to those who believe in Allah. Prayer and thanksgiving for God’s blessing supersedes any other claims from someone else’s belief system IMO. That said the vitamin C content is enormous and the benefits for health are off the charts for EFA’s I am not a fan of this brand but complaints about the gelatin or cap miss the mark when it comes to the main ingredient. I for one would prefer gelatin to fillers and flow agents like magnesium sterate etc. Is someone unhappy because its not a veggie cap?

If you are a female who has had or has issues with internal dryness this is wonderful. In a health food store a person told me this was supposed to work well. I figured I’d be wasting my money but decided to try. It really did work. I’m SO happy with this product and company. There are less expensive ones with sea buckthorn but this works so well I’m sticking to it.I have started getting it on Amazon because the price is better and no shipping so every little bit helps.
