Great vitamin, but calmer?
I love the New Chapter products for the fact that they are easy on the stomach. I don’t always eat first thing in the morning, and being able to take vitamins on an empty stomach with no upset is great. As far as these being good vitamins to keep your calm….well, I haven’t really noticed a difference in my stress levels. I have been sleeping much better at night now, though.

Perfectly Calming
These vitamins are so easy to digest and are high quality. Amazon has a great price on these, you just can’t beat it. I will say taking 3 a day is kind of annoying and wish the pill was just bigger. I do think they have a calming effect which is great, who wouldn’t like a little extra ZEN!

Perfect for My Needs
These were recommended to me by a specialist at a health and wellness store. They were exactly what I was looking for. I first bought them when I was trying to conceive and I was looking for a prenatal without iron but couldn’t find one. Instead I got these and the prenatal vitamins/minerals needed from a separate pill (basically I used this plus folic acid pills). Loved that these help promote calm because as many people can attest, trying to conceive is not always a calm period of life. Now I am pregnant and still taking and loving these.

Great Homeopathic Addition To Brain Injury Supplements
My 12 year old son has lived with moderately severe traumatic brain injury since he was two years old. Good for my hair – they grow super fast!Update 4/12/18: I’ve been taking these vitamins for over a year now and my hair stylist told me my hair changed. They were light and frizzy and sort of baby-like, it seems that now they are heavier and thicker which I really like, they just look better. The reason I started taking these is that my mom tried them too and said she noticed new hair growth. This complex has a lot of biotin and it seems it’s of a really good quality.
