It’s better cold!
***Last Update November 20, 2025***This stuff served me well while going through the first steps of my gastric sleeve surgery. I was concerned about hair thinning and fatigue due to not having enough nutrients during the mandatory liquid and soft foods diet before and after surgery (which lasted about 6-ish weeks). This helped keep my nutrients in line during that time and I didn’t experience any hair loss/thinning or extensive periods of fatigue. I will say that I did a LOT of research about how to prepare my liquid “meals” in the most nutrient dense way possible (there are recipes online) but this supplement helped fill in A LOT of gaps. I ended up going through one and a half bottles but I’d probably have used less if I measured properly instead of just pouring what I felt was “right” lol. All-in-all I felt this product helped tremendously in maintaining a proper balance internally and saved me from a lot of common side effects that come with the sleeve, all while staying in line with the liquid diet. I’d recommend this to anyone in a heartbeat! If you google “nutrient density during liquid diet” and add words like ‘recipe’ or ‘menu’ at the end a lot of good options will pop up, as well as medical information but that’s also helpful. Reddit has been a good source of info in the topic most people in the comments will help you if you ask for it and explain that you’re getting the sleeve and need help with your liquid diet portion. There’s an entire Gastric Sleeve subreddit so explore that and ask for help/suggestions there!** Update Jul 16, 2025**I can’t believe I actually remembered to do this lol. So far so good! The liquid diet sucks but I’m used to it for the most part. I’ve completed abandoned Mary Ruth’s in favor of this because of the taste and better consistency and so far everything has been great. I don’t feel sluggish or tired, I still have a great amount of energy despite my drastically diminished caloric intake and my hair hasn’t fallen out or started thinning post op! It would probably take another month to get a real idea about the hair thinning thing so if I can remember again, I’ll come back mid-August. For now I’m doing light activities like walking for 20-30 mins outside or on my walking pad if the weather is bad. I have started going to the gym again but I still keep the activities light because I’m horrified I’ll rip something or put too much strain and hurt myself. Good deal so far though! I’ve bought two more bottles! **Original: I’ve only been taking this for two days so if I remember to come back in a month and update, I will.I’m taking this as a supplement for pre and post gastric sleeve. Since I’ll be on a liquid diet for a month I still need a way to get all of my vitamins in to keep myself healthy and prevent hair loss/thinning so between this and Mary Ruth’s multivitamin I should be okay! The taste isn’t bad so that’s a pleasure because I can stand the taste of Mary Ruth’s, chances are I’ll be taking this most often. The vitamin load seems pretty good but again, I’ll have to wait and see. Overall as long as it works for what I need it for it’s a decent value for the money and a huge plus that it’s liquid to keep up with my diet for the next 4-6 weeks.

Get the mango even if you hate mango.
I like that it’s a liquid. I feel my body might absorb easier. I don’t feel a ton of extra energy or anything like that so I have to trust it’s giving me my vitamins but I have no reason to think it isn’t doing it’s job. I will say once it’s been in the fridge a few days the flavor changes. That might be because it has natural vitamins from fruits in it? Not sure, but the taste gets different and sweeter. I’d recommend the mango orange because it tastes mostly of orange. I hate mango so the first time I got the mixed berry flavor. It tasted good at first but as it sat in the fridge it got cloyingly sweet. It would make me gag. So I tried the mango even though I don’t like mango, but it really just tastes orangy and it ages better in the fridge.

It WORKS!!
Very strong in taste, however highly recommended due to its rich vitamins and minerals that body is required to have. After a while of taking supplements, one starts to feel healthier, especially having more energy than before. Recommended!

“Delicious, High-Quality Liquid Multivitamin With Great Absorption”“Delicious, High-Quality Liquid Multivitamin With Great Absorption”
I’m honestly really impressed with this New Chapter liquid multivitamin. The taste is shockingly good for a supplement — they offer two flavors, and I picked the Orange Mango. It’s smooth, fruity, and way easier to take than any pill-based multivitamin. I actually bought this after seeing someone on Facebook who’s really into health recommend it, and it pushed me to grab it right away. One thing I really like is that this multivitamin can be used for both adults and kids. The serving sizes break down to about 120 servings for 2–3-year-olds, around 60 servings for ages 4–13, and 30 servings for adults (14+ years). That means for adults, the bottle lasts about a month — and at that rate, it comes out to a little over $1 per day. Definitely on the pricier side, but the quality and convenience help justify it.What really makes it stand out is the absorption. Because it’s a liquid formula, your body can take in the nutrients faster and more efficiently than typical tablets. It’s made with organic fruits, fermented B vitamins, minerals, and real superfoods, plus it’s vegan, gluten-free, and free of artificial colors or unnecessary fillers. You can tell they crafted it to be clean and effective.Overall, despite the higher price, this feels like a premium multivitamin that delivers great taste, kid-friendly dosing, and excellent absorption. If you’re looking for something that actually feels worth taking every day, this one is definitely worth considering.
