This is an excellent product. I was on sleeping pill for more than two years. Recently, my insomnia was getting worse. The pill doesn’t work well anymore. On top of that I had memory problem and could not concentrate due to the side effect of the pill. My body was on a restless state and a constant stiff shoulder bothering me a lot.After I took this product, I noticed a calming effect right away. After one week of taking it, I feel my body is much calmer and shoulder pain is gone. So I decide to stop taking the sleeping pill. It has been more than one month, I can sleep well without the pill. My quality of life is drastically improved. I am so grateful about it.Note on the capsules. The old packaging says the capsule contains gelatin made of Tilapia and Catfish as one of the reviewer points out. However, the newer batch says capsule is made of modified cellulose.Also, one capsule contains only 500 mg of reishi instead of 1000 mg. This Brand of Reishi is Top Quality! Simply Outstanding!
I have to say that after a few days of taking this brand of Reishi, i noticed a good improvement in my energy level that i didn’t have before. I’ve used other products from New Chapter and i’m always happy. I’ve tried other brands of Reishi Mushrooms and this is by far the most potent brand i have ever tried. I can’t begin to explain the difference between this brand and the other ones i’ve tried. I heard about the benefits of Reishi and started taking different brands just to see which one i like the best and this is hands down, THE BEST brand out there that i’ve used. BAR NONE!! They’re slightly more expensive and you only get 60 capsules but if you can afford to spend the money. Go with these guys. Just an absolutely amazing strain of Reishi.

First -thanks for the speedy delivery. Now about the product – I’ve taken it for 3 days and feel so energetic already with only 1 pill a day. A plus is my dreams are so lucid. I think maybe it increases the oxygen or blood flow im no doctor so i have to evidence for this. I’m not used to waking up with energy so i’m still getting used to that- my body’s awake but my mind says its to good to be true. Only time will tell. I’m still looking for the pill to make me a genius..anyone find that one yet?

I researched it and found out that it contains high amounts of B6 needed to decrease homocysteine levels that can cause plaque to develop in your arteries due to the inflammatory process that your body goes through when insulin levels are up and can reduce your risk of getting sick as it is antiviral and antibacterial.

I decided to get my hands on some reishi supplements after reading about its benefits on the internet. I’ve always had a lot of sleeping problems, ever since I can remember; it always took me forever to fall asleep, it was very hard for me to wake up, when I would finally wake up.. I would wake up feeling tired and cranky regardless of how many hours I had slept and I always snored a lot. Since I first started taking this supplement, all of these problems have reduced A LOT and some are even gone. I can now fall asleep within 5 minutes of laying down, it’s a lot easier for me to wake up and I feel very energetic all morning and my snoring has reduced drastically (the husband is especially happy about that, LOL). I can’t say enough good things about this supplement, I recommend it for ANYBODY who has problems similar to mine! If it was this wonderful for me, it might be awesome for you too.

It made me ill
Would like to return this item, as it has made me ill. Be careful of this supplement.I had hoped this supplement would have a calming effect on my nervous system, improve sleep, and lessen fatigue.Unfortunately, the side effects I experienced were horrible insomnia, nausea, and dizziness at night, then fatigue the next day from lack of sleep. I was frightened by what could happen with just one capsule.
