Easy drink to add to my daily routine
Although my husband and son have been taking creatine for years as part of their workout routine, I have only just recently started taking it. I’m middle aged and have a family history of osteoporosis, not to mention I’m facing the normal things like bone density loss, perimenopause symptoms, etc. So on the advice of my doctor and friends (and of course all the reels!), I decided it would be a good addition to my daily supplement regime.I didn’t know what to expect with the flavor or texture, but I was pleasantly surprised by the sweetness. It dissolved pretty well, but not completely, and was easy to drink quickly. I’m glad it doesn’t have added sugar or anything like that – just a good formulation of creatine, calcium, and magnesium.Although it didn’t come with a scoop, I just use my regular teaspoon and don’t quite level the top, so three teaspoons gets me the correct amount without me having to use another spoon.Time will tell what the benefits to my body and brain are, but I already feel better adding this to my daily routine. I haven’t noticed any unwanted side effects, and am hopeful it will help with things like sleeping as well as the things I can’t see, like bone health. It’s a little pricey, but I think it’s a good quality supplement, so I’m willing to pay a little more. It’s a quick and easy way to do something good for myself!

Good creatine option with thoughtful formulation
Started taking this about two weeks ago after my trainer recommended creatine for maintaining muscle mass as I get older. The raspberry lemonade flavor actually tastes decent mixed with water – not overly sweet or chemical-tasting like some supplements I’ve tried. The powder mixes easily with just a quick stir. No clumping or grittiness at the bottom of the glass. Three and a half teaspoons per serving is reasonable and doesn’t require a scale or measuring cup precision.I’ve noticed steadier energy during my workouts, particularly on strength training days. My legs feel stronger when doing squats, and I’m getting a few more reps on upper body work than I was before starting. Nothing dramatic, but consistent improvement over these two weeks. The magnesium glycinate is a nice addition. My muscles feel less sore the day after workouts compared to before. Recovery seems genuinely better, not placebo. The tart cherry and fermented beet root round out the formula nicely. The calcium from the marine algae source appeals to me as someone concerned about bone health at this stage. Rather than isolated supplements, having it bundled in one product is convenient.Third-party validation matters to me – non-GMO, gluten-free, vegan certification gives me confidence in what I’m taking. Made in the US is a bonus. At this price point it’s definitely premium for a creatine supplement, but the added ingredients and formulation targeted at women over 40 justify it for me. Worth continuing.

A smarter creatine blend for women who want strength and recovery support
This New Chapter creatine powder is one of the more thoughtful formulas I’ve seen — especially for women 40+. Instead of just tossing plain creatine monohydrate in a tub and calling it a day, they built a blend that supports strength, recovery, and bone health all at once. The creatine itself mixes smoothly and gives that familiar boost in strength, stamina, and muscle performance, but the real standout is everything wrapped around it:Magnesium glycinate for muscle recovery that actually feels gentle and effectiveCalcium for bone support (huge for women in this age range)Tart cherry for inflammation and soreness reliefIt ends up feeling like a “post‑workout plus daily wellness” supplement instead of just a gym‑only product. No grit, no chalky taste, and no stomach issues — it blends easily into water or a smoothie without hijacking the flavor. The biggest difference I noticed is how much better recovery feels. Less next‑day stiffness, smoother transitions between workouts, and a general sense that my muscles bounce back faster. It’s not a magic powder, but it’s a very smart one — especially if you want creatine benefits without ignoring the rest of your body’s needs.

Excited to Add This to My Postpartum Routine
I’ve really been enjoying this creatine powder as part of my postpartum workout routine. I’ve used creatine before, but I like that this formula also includes magnesium glycinate, calcium, and tart cherry, so it feels thoughtfully put together. The powder is easy to incorporate into my routine, and I appreciate that it doesn’t require taking another handful of capsules. The packaging is nice, and the product arrived well sealed.I’m getting back into strength training after having a baby, and I’m hoping this will complement my workouts as I work on rebuilding my strength and muscle. I haven’t been using it long enough to make any big claims about results, but so far I’m very happy with it and excited to continue.Overall, this has been an easy addition to my postpartum fitness routine, and I’m looking forward to seeing how I progress over the next few months.

Premium Creatine Formula With Recovery Ingredients, Preimium Price – Claims Slightly Overstated
IN A NUTSHELL:A clean‑ingredient creatine blend with monkfruit sweetness, tart cherry, fermented beet, magnesium glycinate, and plant‑based calcium — but at $67 for 30 servings, it’s priced far above standard creatine. While creatine is well‑studied for both men and women, increases in lean muscle or strength only occur when paired with resistance training — creatine doesn’t build muscle on its own. The magnesium glycinate amount is modest, making this formula better suited for post‑workout use. Overall, it’s a premium blend with thoughtful additions, but the price is the biggest drawback.FULL REVIEW:This creatine blend is definitely positioned as a premium supplement. At $67 for 30 servings, it’s far more expensive than standard creatine monohydrate, which usually runs $20–$30 for double or triple the servings. The added ingredients — magnesium glycinate, plant‑based calcium, tart cherry, fermented beet, and monkfruit — explain some of the price, but it’s still a high‑end option.I enjoyed the raspberry lemonade flavor, and it mixes easily into water without the gritty residue that’s common with plain creatine. The monkfruit sweetness is clean, and there are no artificial sweeteners, flavors, or colors. It’s manufactured in the U.S., which is something I always look for when choosing supplements. I also appreciate the clean certification profile — Non‑GMO Project Verified, NSF Certified Gluten‑Free, and Kosher. The NSF verification is the one I value most since it confirms the label matches what’s actually in the tub.As for the creatine claims, the listing leans heavily into “clinically proven creatine for women 40+” and suggests increases in lean muscle, strength, and bone density. Creatine is absolutely well‑studied for both men and women, but it doesn’t increase lean muscle or strength on its own. Those benefits occur only when creatine is paired with resistance training, because creatine’s role is to improve ATP recycling and training output — not to build muscle independently. Bottom line, this drink won’t increase muscle mass on its own.The magnesium glycinate is a nice addition for recovery. The amount is modest — enough to support muscle relaxation, but not a full daily dose. Since magnesium glycinate is generally calming, I personally take this post‑workout rather than before, to avoid any relaxation effect pre‑training and to promote recovery afterward. The plant‑based calcium from red marine algae is also supportive, though again, the amount is modest and not meant to replace a full calcium supplement. The tart cherry and fermented beet root are good additions for recovery and circulation support. They’re not dosed at standalone levels, but they round out the formula nicely.Overall, this is a clean, well‑formulated creatine blend with thoughtful additions and strong certifications. The flavor is good, the mixability is easy, and the ingredient quality is high. The main drawback is the price — it’s a premium option in a category where effective alternatives cost far less. But if you want a creatine blend with added recovery ingredients and clean certifications, this fits that niche well.

Good Recovery Blend | Priced High
Upon receiving this one, I was worried that I’d made a mistake in ordering it due to the ‘women’ claim on the package. I took another look at the ingredients though and I feel safe in taking this as a guy as long as there isn’t something else hiding in there. Really, the only thing I see on the label for women only is calcium. Given that it is only a 10% dose, I’m not worried about it.What I really like in this formula is that tart cherry. It could be a placebo effect, but I’ve seen a marked improvement in my sleep quality since I started taking this before bed a few days ago. I only take two of the three scoops that are recommended. If I can find that on its own, I’m going to add it to my nightly routine. From what I can see, this is an effective creatine blend. It has decent documentation. It is easily dissolved and swallowed in a bit of water.I’ve experienced no side effects, so far, while taking it.The flavor, while unnecessary to me, is good. The ingredients listed, as I mentioned before, seem to be good whether you’re a man or a woman. I can’t see why the makers would want to exclude half of their possible customers except that they seem to be trying to drive up the price. On that note, it is priced way too high. For that reason alone, I wouldn’t recommend this blend. You can get calcium from separate supplements. If that is the only reason they’re calling it a blend for women, maybe give it a greater dose than 10% daily intake? Calcium isn’t even something that is bad for men. It is just better as a supplement for women, especially as they get older. Unless there is something hidden in this product, there’s no reason to list it as only for women that I can see.

Good Ingredients, But I’d Mix It Into a Smoothie Instead
I bought this because I liked that it combines creatine with calcium and magnesium, especially since maintaining muscle and bone health becomes more important as we get older. The ingredient list is one of the reasons I chose this product. I take it regularly in pill form and since the pills are large, I thought I’d give the powder a go.My biggest piece of advice is don’t mix it into your favorite drink. I stirred it into a glass of blueberry iced tea, and let’s just say…that was a mistake. 😅 The flavor wasn’t for me and completely changed the taste of the tea. I think this would work much better blended into a smoothie or protein shake where the flavor is better disguised.A couple of other things worth mentioning: mine didn’t include a scoop, so you’ll need to measure the serving yourself, and at its regular price it feels a little expensive. I happened to notice it went on sale later for much less, and at that price it’s a much better value.I can’t really speak to long-term results yet since I’ve just started using it, but I do appreciate the thoughtful formulation. If you’re looking for a creatine supplement with added nutrients and don’t mind mixing it into something thicker than water or tea, this may be a good option as the ingredients are quite good.Overall, I’d give it 4 stars. Just don’t sacrifice your favorite drink like I did!

Taste pretty good, but a few things surprised me
I picked this up mainly for muscle recovery since I’m pretty active, and I liked that it combines creatine with magnesium glycinate, calcium, and tart cherry instead of being just plain creatine. The taste is actually pretty good. It has a light fruity flavor, and I had no problem drinking it.Now for the things that caught me off guard…First…there wasn’t a scoop in my container. I even looked around in the powder and couldn’t find one. At around $66, I really expected a scoop to be included. The other thing was the container. When I opened it, it looked about half full. I know supplements are typically sold by weight and powders settle during shipping, so it may very well contain the correct amount. It was just a little surprising to open a premium-priced product and see that much empty space. I think a smaller container would have made for a better first impression. As far as how well it works, I think creatine is one of those supplements you really need to take consistently over time before judging the results. I’ve only recently started using it, so I’m not ready to comment on the long-term recovery benefits yet.Overall, I like the formula and the taste. My biggest complaints are the missing scoop and the oversized container, especially at this price point.
