Trusted brand, new blend
I have used many brands of probiotics, but this was my first geared directly to perimenopausal women. New Chapter is known for its outstanding quality, so I was especially excited to try this one. The blend includes several strains of probiotics, which is noted in the literature as helpful for gut health. I found the capsules to be a manageable size, and easy to use. I did not necessarily notice any increase in energy, but I had no side effects either. After finishing these, I went back to my previous probiotics because I didn’t notice that much of a difference, and I am trying to be cautious about taking too many supplements that aren’t necessary for me. However, if you need this level of support, the quality and trusted nature of New Chapter would make this a good choice. Cost is a bit more than store brands, of course, but the value for this level of supplement is on point.

New Chapter is a great brand I have used their products on and off for years.I like that they’re in a bottle that is tinted, to assist in preventing UV damage.Taste is manageableIngredients seem good.The bottle was tamperproof and sealed.Size was not too difficult for me to swallow. It was a capsule, which is a lot easier for me to swallow.Works as expected.I believe the value was fair.

It’s helping!
I feel like this supplement is helping with my sudden hot flashes and night sweats. Although I’m on hormonal replacement therapy, it wasn’t doing enough so I bought this on a whim. I’m on my second bottle and I take one every morning. I think it’s worth the price and it has been effective.

Black Cohosh with Probiotics!
This is basically a black cohosh root supplement combined with probiotics that support vaginal health and Jerusalem artichoke, which is great for us perimenopause a woman! I find them easy to take, as they are on the small side. The box contains a one month supply. I feel really good about New Chapter as a brand. They are reliable and create a great quality product.
