Mild Tasting Gummies With a Lot in Them
I like these gummies.I also like that the label tells you the forms of many of the ingredients instead of just saying calcium and vitamins.The orange flavor is mild and they aren’t overly sweet or really strong tasting. They have more of a soft jelly texture and are a little gooey. I didn’t mind the taste or texture at all.I spent some time reading the Supplement Facts because there are a lot of different ingredients and claims in the listing. There is actually quite a bit in these gummies.The serving for children ages 6-9 is one gummy. It contains 650 mg of calcium, 600 IU of vitamin D3, 44 mcg of vitamin K2, 200 mg of DHA, along with magnesium, zinc and B12. For ages 10-17, the serving is two gummies and the amounts double, including 1,300 mg of calcium and 400 mg of DHA.I also like that the label tells you the specific forms of many of the ingredients instead of just saying calcium and vitamins. The calcium comes from calcium gluconate and calcium lactate, the D3 is from lichen, the K2 is MK-7, the DHA comes from algal oil and the B12 is methylcobalamin. It also contains magnesium malate and zinc gluconate.One thing I think is important to notice is the amount of calcium. The two-gummy serving contains 1,300 mg. That is a significant amount coming from the gummies alone, so this is something I would pay attention to when considering what a child is already getting through food and other supplements.There is also a Healthy Growth Blend containing L-arginine, L-lysine, hydrolyzed collagen and spinach powder. I am less convinced by some of the claims in the listing about growth, school performance and staying sharp. These ingredients have roles in nutrition. I wouldn’t assume that taking a gummy means a child will grow taller or perform better in school.I like what is actually in these more than I like some of the advertising surrounding them.

I’ve been giving my grandson D3 and K2 gummies for the last few years because I want to help make sure he’s getting enough of these vitamins and avoid a deficiency. The biggest challenge is finding ones he’ll actually take. Some gummies he loves, and some he absolutely hates, so I was happy to find that these are ones he actually enjoys.He likes the taste, which makes it much easier to keep him taking them consistently. I also like that these are third-party tested. That gives me a little more confidence in what I’m giving him and makes me feel like this is a company I can trust.The pricing is fair compared with other D3 + K2 gummies I’ve tried, especially considering the quality features. Between the fact that my grandson actually likes them and the third-party testing, I’m pleased with these.Finding a vitamin that a child will willingly take can be half the battle, so the fact that he actually loves these is a big plus for me.

Spinach Powder or Spinach POWER?
These are great! Taste great too!(I tested myself hehe)For starters, my kids always have liked taking gummy vitamins. And regularly remind me to take them but ONLY IF they taste good!(Duh). And these ones really do! As many of us know, getting kids to EAT the vitamins half the battle!So check that off the list!Now, one of my pet peaves with vitamins is a small child having to take more than 2. And these ones seem to have the dosages just right in my book!Ages 6-9 just needs ONE. Where as often they are told to take two. This makes bottles go quick when you have multiple kids! This is packed with great ingredients. My only question was that on the description it says it contains K2, but I’m not actually seeing K2 on the ingredient list. I know K2 is often suggested to take with calcium, so I’m not sure where the discrepancy comes from. Otherwise, this is a quality product, and the price is fair for the quality that you receive.
