    Highly Recommend!

    I’ve been using these supplements for a few weeks, and I’ve noticed a reduction in cravings and better appetite control. The combination of 5-HTP, huperzine A, and green tea extract seems to work well for managing hunger. I appreciate that it’s a natural supplement and that it doesn’t cause any jitters. Overall, it helps with maintaining a balanced mood and satiety, and I plan to continue using it.

    Good Quality Supplement

    I’ve been using this supplement for a few weeks now and I do feel it is helping me to balance my cravings better at night. I will take 1- 3 capsules later in the day usually after dinner. I have used 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan) before and I found it to help with stress some. Nice to see this supplement is USA manufactured in a cGMP compliant facility and is third party tested. My only issue is this supplement is a bit expensive for a 40 day supply.

    Like the ingredients, but pricey

    I like all of the ingredients in this supplement as historically I’ve been taking all of these but separately. I think the biggest issue is the price. This is exceedingly expensive for what you get.

    No upset stomach or jitters.

    Some appetite suppressants I have tried either upset my stomach or made me jittery. I have no negative side effects from these. My hope is to reduce my cravings and to help me feel full when I have eaten. I am just now starting these and will not comment on how it is working, other than I hope they do as well as they claim and that would justify the cost of these as opposed to other appetite suppressants.
