This is an excellent product! I bought it because i was having nerve related discomfort in my legs. The Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) in this product is both R and L and has started to work for me almost immediately. i think that the combination with the other ingredients really worked. If you compare this product to others like it the levels of all ingredients meets or passes all of them. I like that it is made in the USA and doctor created! Price is comparable for what you get. Went through a months supply and to be honest, I can’t really tell if there was an appreciable difference. I wish I could provide imperial data to determine whether or not these supplements made any difference, but I think I would need a much longer term to make the determination one way or another. It’s worth noting that while taking these pills, i also changed to a different innersole for my shoes to help with that pain, so was it the innersoles, or the pills that helped? Maybe a combination of both, but I didn’t change anything about anything else and haven’t seen any real improvement with my hand pains. All I can say with come degree of certainty is that they didn’t cause any problems.

First of all, there’s a disturbing absence of information about this company online: there’s no Amazon storefront with a home page for Dr V MD, and my search engine came up empty too. That raises a big red flag for me.After carefully considering the list of what’s in this supplement as well as the specific forms of those ingredients used and the amounts of them included here, I’ve decided not to take this product. I’m already taking everything in this on a daily basis, but by taking them separately I’m able to insure that I’m taking their optimum forms at the doses that are likely best for me.Adding this to my existing supplement regimen would be complicated. On top of that, there are a couple components of it (vitamins C and D) that I shouldn’t be taking in the specific forms they’re in in this formula due to oxalate-production concerns, and I’m currently taking more advanced forms of vitamin E, the B vitamins, magnesium, ALA, and NAC than are in this product. Thus, while I think this supplement seems well thought out and has the potential to benefit many people, it’s not right for me.The price has dropped substantially since I ordered it, from $49 to $34, which makes it more affordable at a little over a dollar a day. But I’d still think twice before buying this without being able to vett the company behind it.
