I bought these to take on a cruise. I went on in June for the convenience aspect. These were very difficult to open, and the collagen content is not very high. I should’ve went with the vital proteins prepackaged collagen. You live and you learn I guess.

Good product overall. Some Collagen dissolves quickly and some don’t – but clumps up. This does not clump, it dissolves quickly.Some Collagen tastes strong and will gag you. This Collagen still has a taste but is bearable; quite mild actually.Some Collagen comes in a jar or bag where you have to measure it out yourself. This Collagen comes in individual packages. I weighed the amount and there is in fact 10 grams in each package.I have been taking Collagen products for a while and it is one of the few supplement products I have found that actually changes the way I feel, heal, and function – for the better. I have found in my research that Type 1 and 3 are all that you need for skeletal, connective tissue issues. And this has worked for me. This particular product has 10 different types or sources of Collagen. That is nice, but is not for me, but it might be for you.The package is a rose color. I thought maybe it was flavored, perhaps Raspberry, but it was not. I’m glad it is not flavored.On the price, I see it for about $28. I don’t think this is a good value for the money because you are getting about 200 grams total, whereas usually you can find double that amount (454 grams) in bags or jars for about the same price.

I got these collagen sticks mostly for my husband to add to his water or protein shakes to help with his joint health, as he has had a total of four knee surgeries so far. Each “stick pack” has ten grams of unflavored collagen powder that dissolve really nicely into liquids. I was confused that the protein content isn’t included in the packaging nutrition information, but perhaps that was because collagen, while containing lots of essential amino acids does NOT include tryptophan, so it’s not a complete protein. However, if you look it up online you’ll see that 10 grams of collagen has 9 grams of (incomplete) protein. For those with food allergies, note that tilapia fish and chicken eggs are main ingredients in this particular collagen. The ease of use is a great advantage, but it definitely increases the price of the product, so if you’re looking for ease of use/throw it in your bag for the gym or on the go or you just hate measuring then this product is for you!I used a couple of the sticks on lower protein days and didn’t notice any taste in particular.

Previously, I tried it in liquid form with biotin, and also in caplets with vitamin C, as well as in pills and tablets.This supplement contains 20 packets, each with 10 grams of multi collagen advanced bio-peptides. It includes 10 collagen types sourced from bovine, fish, chicken, and eggshell membrane. An effective daily dosage of collagen for adults usually ranges from 2.5 to 15 grams, so one full serving provides a relatively high amount compared to many other formats. For comparison, one tablet or caplet from various brands is typically around 1 gram, and one capsule is often about 0.5 grams. To reach 10 grams, you would need roughly 10 tablets or 20 capsules, or about 50 ml of liquid collagen. Powder is the most convenient format when you need a higher amount. I personally take 5 to 6 grams per day, which works best for my age and health, so this box should last me around 40 days.I like that this powder is pure collagen without added flavorings or scent. It doesn’t have any noticeable smell.
