I only gave this a 4 bc I haven’t been taking them long enough to see an effect. I will continue to use and update in the future.

Love the brand don’t love all the caplets that equal a dosage.
I love NeoCell Collagen and I have used their powder form for over a year. I would add it to my coffee in the morning as it had no flavor and gave me the collagen I wanted. I then decided to change to the same brand but with the added Types of I, II, III, IV, VIII, etc. but I didn’t realize they were caplets. That is not necessarily a problem but you have to take 6 of them and they are not small. I find, I skip my dosage because I don’t want to sit and try to get all 6 caplets down. I am not sure if they sell it in powder form, if they do I will buy it in a heartbeat because I do like the product a lot but I don’t think I would buy this exact product in this form again.

I have noticed my hair and my nails growing faster. My hair seems thicker and brighter. No noticeable effects on my skin so far. The pills are quite large tho so make sure you drink a lot of water with them.
