    Easy way to get well absorbed vegan B12, and nice taste!

    This is really easy to take and it tastes kind of like pink candy. This is really important to me because a lot of pills have a hidden flavor and I can’t stand citrus, so those of you wondering about the flavor, it’s just a sugary candy taste. I haven’t gotten levels tested but it’s an easy and efficient way to get vegan B12. Perhaps the only down side is that if you’re traveling it’s more of a pain to take with you than just pills.As a side note, please do the research before you get B12 injections – studies have proven it’s not any more effective than oral supplements, although I would assume that this spray absorbs better?

    I have been feeling tired all the time lately and have a hard time getting up when my alarm goes off. I started using this B-12 spray about 2 weeks ago. I do one spray in the morning and one in the evening. Do not be scared about using the spray! It tastes pretty good, actually. It’s definitely not something that is hard to get down. It’s just a tiny amount of liquid. I have noticed a huge increase in energy. I have been waking up before my alarm even goes off and feeling like I got plenty of rest and am ready for the day. My job requires me to read all day and my eyes start getting very tired a few hours in. Since I started the spray I have not been getting tired when reading. I love this stuff! I am going to be getting a blood test in a few weeks to see if this is making a difference in my B-12 levels.

    easy dosing

    Great way to get the needed B-12. A once a week spray on the tongue when you have a meal and it is done. Perfect for getting your 1000 mcg a month (250 mcg weekly). Taste good, too.if not eating meat, it is fine to spray it under the tongue every day. it tastes great and B-12 is water soluble. so, if you take too much it will not hurt you as it is not toxic. the body will use what it needs and the rest will come out in the urine. this is a great vegan product. I keep buying it and I am very satisfied.

    I’ve just received and started using this product, so I can’t vouch for its efficacy. However, it arrived quickly, packaged properly, and was sealed. I’ve sprayed it under my tongue (although it doesn’t specify ‘under the tongue’ in the directions) about 4 or 5 times, now. It has a sweet, bland taste. There’s no tingling sensation that I can detect, as some others had experienced. I’m looking forward to an overall good experience, but until I know it’s working, I’m reserving one star for future rate-revising.

    “Ideal” B12 Levels, Worked for Me!

    I can’t say that I FEEL any different (but heck, I really don’t notice subtle differences, I hardly notice anything when I take Vicodin!) BUT when I had my blood tests done, this was the one area where my levels were ideal! (Vitamin D was low, Iron was so low, it wasn’t even on the chart!) I had been using this product fairly regularly, and I’m 100% certain that’s why my levels were good (I’m a vegetarian, so I know I don’t get any B12 from animal sources). I actually really like the taste, and I leave the spray on top of my microwave (where I’ll see it/use it) and just do one squirt a day under my tongue. (I also love that it’s vegan…no-one else had to suffer just so I can be healthy!)

    I’m nott a vegan. Not allergic. This amazing product, along with a temporary modification of my diet, helped me avoid gallbladder removal surgery 3 years ago. I’ve been taking an otc acid blocker for 20+ years, which helped reduce my gallbladder function to 2.9%. After doctor consult following a long battery of tests resulted in this statement by doctor, “test results show that your gallbladder is working at 2.9%. We can take it out and see what happens.” What?? Wife looked at him and said we’d get back to him. Her research revealed that I’d actually hurt myself by taking so much acid blocker (not antacid). I dropped the obvious problem foods I love like coffee, tea, chocolate, fried foods, tomatoes, spicy food. Just Google foods bad for gallbladder. It’s a long, comprehensive, depressing list. It sucked to cook regular food for the fam, then dive into my oatmeal, bananas, pickled beets, occasional apple cider vinegar. Yucky! WORTH IT. I slowly started reintroducing the good stuff and it didn’t take long to be off oatmeal and nanners. I tried going off the acid blockers entirely, but the burn was just too much, so much to my wife’s chagrin, she suggested reducing the pill intake. So, now, when I buy a box of acid blocker, I just sit and break them in two. One spray of this B12 spray and 1/2 a blocker each morning and I eat anything I want, any time I want. Coffee every morning, soda with burgers, wine with spaghetti. Best part – I STILL HAVE MY GALLBLADDER! I’d love to think that other folks could have this amazing result and return to eating without worry. Buy this spray from Amazon. Best price, best service, and did I tell you I still have my gallbladder??

    The pump doesn’t work – and there’s no assistance from Amazon or Seller

    Unfortunately the item arrived with a non-working pump. Even worse is the fact it was fulfilled by Amazon and because the product ‘can’t be returned’ there’s no recourse for customer assistance for a replacement! Ridiculous. Amazon & Seller need to have a different resolution option for products listed as ‘can’t be returned’. Looks like I’ll have to contact my credit card company for a chargeback.Update: I contacted the company and was ignored. Imagine not wanting to assist a customer that paid for a product that was delivered defective. So now I’ll file a complaint with Consumer Protection.
