I researched this before I bought it and again before I reordered. It’s rated as a high potency supplement sourced from sustainably harvested lichen instead of animal byproducts (lanolin from sheep’s wool and bovine gelatin)! It is also blended with an olive oil for better absorption. It is certified by the NSF and apparently undergoes strict third party audits. I’m 74 and had low vitamin d3 for years despite the fact that I was outside a lot and took a D3 supplement! Since I started using this D3, added 1 Trace mineral Magnesium Glycinate, and take it with breakfast which usually includes an egg, sometimes half an avocado or in the evening with 1/2 cup yogurt or kefir. My labs now show my level in an excellent range towards the high side. The past couple months I’ve started only taking it every other day. Will see how my labs are this time!

Great Vegan Vitamin D Option
I have a vitamin D deficiency, so this supplement works well for me. One of the main reasons I chose it is because it’s vegan-friendly and made from lichen. The softgels are easy to take, and I like that the vitamin D is combined with olive oil. It’s been an easy supplement to add to my daily routine.

My wife and I have been taking these NatureWise Vitamin D3 5000iu vitamins for a few weeks now with Magnesium and Zinc. This is a fantastic choice because as a combination all of the vitamins together our sleep, mind fog, migraines, muscle aches and energy has improved immensely! We have seen and felt a huge improvement and are very relieved to finally feel better! After eating dinner we take our vitamins and within less then 30 min we are ready for bed the absorption of these pills are impressive, they don’t have much of a taste as long as you swallow quick and the size of the pills don’t bother us at all. In the video I attached you can easily compare the sizes and high quality of the pills I don’t have any complaints at all and the ingredients are a big plus! Most importantly the wonderful value you get for the amount of pills is well worth the price! Sure do appreciate that as well.
