WOMEN NEED VITAMIN B
I take a capsule… ..have no idea if it dissolves well or not. As a woman I know B-12 is important for us, and especially older gals like myself. I know the “Methl” is a better form of Vitamin B… natural and ready for your body to utilize I believe. So I trust it.

I had just run out of the B12 supplement I normally take, and luckily ran into this one. I’m glad I got to try something different and I was immediately able to tell the difference.I really liked how easy this was to swallow, and luckily I didn’t taste it as it went down nor did it cause me to have any level of nausea. I take my supplements with food just to ensure good absorption, and this I think was very effective. I felt a good energy level and it lasted, more than the previous B12 supplement I took. This tells me that this is a high quality supplement with great absorption for your body. I took as directed (one supplement per day) and it was the right amount. Again, I take mine with food and I didn’t find that I had to take this with a certain meal or food, but I normally did take this in the morning timeframe. I would recommend.
