Been taking these for almost a month now (the bottle lasts a while, since it’s 100 softgels at one a day). Switched over because I wanted a vegan E that used the D-alpha form instead of the synthetic dl-alpha, and this one fit.The softgels are on the larger side but easy enough to swallow, with no smell or aftertaste or fishy burp situation since it’s plant-based. No stomach upset taking it on an empty stomach either, which was my worry with an oil-based supplement.Can’t claim any dramatic transformation. It’s a vitamin, not a miracle. My skin does seem a little less dry, though I’ll be honest and say I can’t fully credit this versus just drinking more water. Mostly I take it for the antioxidant and immune angle, plus the peace of mind of a clean label: non-GMO, gluten and soy free, third-party tested.Only real gripe is it’s been going in and out of stock, which is annoying if you want to reorder on a schedule. Otherwise it does what it says and I’d buy it again.

So there is quite the array of pricing on vitamin E soft gels.There are some that are half this price, and some that are double the price. When that happens I tend to try to go middle ground. And these are in that middle ground. I’d be worried about products that are too cheap… I feel like quality must suffer if they can be produced for so cheap. But I also feel like you can level out with the quality. I can’t imagine the soft gels that are twice the price of these are really much better.So I think this is a good option. And NatureWise is a good name brand.

While the vegan claim is nice, I didn’t know it was because the capsules avoid gelatin.100 softgels in a bottle. I’ve never enjoyed this form factor: the fat-in-the-middle pills. They elicit a gag reflex if I don’t take them quite right. It’s not a big deal, but I wanted to note it.100 pills equals just over three months of use. Dosage is one per day.NatureWise is a major brand, so I wasn’t too concerned with the quality of this product.Never in my life have I noticed an acute difference after taking vitamins. This product has been no different. But I enjoyed the brand, the packaging, and the cost.

I was interested in taking vitamin E to support my immune system as I’ve been experiencing some pretty severe allergic reactions that only get better from taking prednisone. While a miracle for sure, it destroys my immune system. What stands our for me about these is the third party testing. It really provides a vote of confidence that you are getting what the bottle says. I find the pills easy to swallow, and have not experienced any negative side effects from taking them on an empty stomach. They can stick together, but if you tap the bottle, they easily loosen up.

These Nature Wise Vitamin E capsules smelled absolutely horrible and leaky. They felt very sticky to the touch. I do believe the bottle was either old, or had been improperly stored in or near too much heat. Unfortunately because of the rancid smell and leaking, I am unwilling to ingest this product and risk getting sick at the stomach or worse. Very disappointing because the price was a good deal for the quantity.
