Turmeric Garlic + Ginger – BioPerine Black Pepper Extract
Supplements can be difficult to review because it can be difficult to tell if they are effective or safe. This tumeric supplement looked good so I decided to give it a shot. The addition of BioPerine Black Pepper extract is important because it helps your body absorb the tumeric. Without that addition, tumeric is not effective as your body struggles to absorb it on it’s own. This being said, I am not really sure if this product is effective since I did not notice any effects from using it. The capsules are very strong due to the added garlic. They have a strong garlic smell and they leave a garlic taste in your mout for most of the day after ingesting. This could definitely be a con to anyone sensitive to garlic. I love garlic but I did not love having the taste in my mouth for hours after taking the capsules. The capsules are medium/large sized but they go down fairly easily because they are smooth. A serving size is 3 capsules so one bottle is about 40 servings. The price is reasonable compared to similar products. I am not sure I will continue usage due to not seeing any effects. I probably would recommend using a more well-known brand with proven results.

I have found that supplements are hard to review because they’re meant to support your health over time, not give you an instant life-changing boost. After taking these daily for a month, I feel…well, normal! That’s not a bad thing.The capsules are easy to take, I haven’t had any digestive issues, and I appreciate the combination of turmeric, garlic, ginger, and BioPerine. I also haven’t gotten sick since I started taking them, although I can’t honestly say if that’s because of the supplement.Overall, this seems like a quality product. If you’re looking for a daily wellness supplement with good ingredients rather than a miracle pill, I think this one is worth considering.

These definitely look and smell like the real thing. Noticeable garlic scent and orange turmeric coloring. No issues with taste or upset stomach for me when taken with a meal. I can’t say that I have noticed any change in inflammation, but that would also require a blood test to determine.That all said, reviewing a supplement like this is difficult for two reasons. First and foremost, I have no way of verifying purity. Assuming it contains what it says, there is no guarantee that there aren’t any heavy metals or other undesired ingredients. Second, the effectiveness often takes weeks to determine and is very specific to the individual and is thereby subjective. I have deducted one star for these reasons.All in all, this seems like a quality product, but I recommend doing your own research.
