It took me a little while to decide to order this and I basically assumed it was a gimmick but if I was out 20 bucks, oh well. I, like others, read about this because of Dr. Oz and while I’d like to think he’s credible, he’s a celebrity doctor being paid to endorse a product (Edit: I’ve been informed that Dr. Oz is not paid to endorse this product. I apologize), which could make him as credible as Kim Kardashian. I used to take some crazy chinese diet pills that weren’t FDA approved but really worked well, though I heard some nasty things about what they were doing to my body so I stopped and haven’t touched a pill in years.I wanted to note real quick that through research I’ve found that you have to be careful when ordering these. It’s easy to get fake ones, apparently. Hopefully these aren’t but nature wise makes a lot of stuff so I’d assume they aren’t. Also, I hear it’s better to get the 800mg rather than the 400.I am not overweight, in fact my BMI is smack in the healthy range, but I’m a vain woman in her early 20s living in this society filled with corrupt body images. I’d like to lose 10-15 pounds. I want to wear a bikini without shame and “look better” in clothes.I have been using this since Friday and it is now Monday, hence the 3 stars because it is too early to notice anything major. The first day I lost a pound, the second day that pound went back on, etc. That’s how I usually am so I haven’t been as concerned about the scale portion for the moment.It’s too much trouble for me to be bothered with the 30 minutes before food twice a day thing, so I just take two in the morning. That alone will lead to weight loss with time, but combined exercise and a balanced diet, I’m sure I’d see even better results.I will be updating this review as I am on this longer.Update: It’s now been one week and I’ve lost one pound, but I’ve only been incorporating healthier eating and working out for a couple of days now. I’ve been substituting lunch for a smoothie with protein, fruit, yogurt, and grains in it and I think usually I would be ravenous by dinner but I’m able to go all day on a small breakfast and a smoothie which affords me a normal dinner. I attribute the fact that I’m not hungry during the day on such a little amount of food to these pills. When I get to dinner I’m not super hungry so I don’t overeat. Ok everyone,I’m a wife, a mom of a toddler, and a full time student. I’m also about 30-35lbs heavier than I need to be. Well NatureWise 800mg/pill has 50% GCA (that’s right 50% GCA) per pill!! It’s an amazing pill and I’m feeling great, losing weight and I have energy to keep up with my 18 month old. Here’s the best part: I haven’t had to go on a diet! money is kinda tight right now and diet food can get expensive. I have cut back on the amount I eat a each meal though, that part wasn’t difficult because the GCB is helping to curb my appetite. I love this stuff!!! If you do not eat at least this much, guess what, you arent losing weight again.BREAKFAST, EAT ENOUGH CALORIES, WAIST BAND w/ MODERATE EXERCISE AT LEAST 3 TIMES A WEEK FOR AN HOUR, this can be very effective overall plan. Lost ten pounds the first week, second week my body leveled out a bit, but I am still looking at a loss of 2-3 pounds. My goal is just to lose 2-5 pounds every week and I think this will be very successful in the long run.

I bought these BECAUSE of the reviews from everyone else. I didn’t buy them with the intention of proving anyone wrong. Instead I bought them hoping that they would help me with my OWN goal. That goal of mine is to lose 20 lbs. Pre-pregnancy my weight was at 145 lbs. After having 2 babies I stayed bouncing between 161-164 lbs. I’m sure people might say “but that’s not overweight” and it may not be but I wanted to feel “comfortable” at my own and previous weight. So ALL of my clothes will feel `normal’ according to what my body WAS normal before. That means, no fat hanging or bulging out of me!So I bought these pills with the intention that they would help me reach that goal in a healthier way instead of dieting. I FAIL when it comes to dieting because as soon as I begin it I stress myself out and go against what I shouldn’t be eating right away. In a way, I fight myself for not eating what I’ve been able to eat before which is not bad. Short version: Seems to help in one way, I am unsure about the others it claims to do. It is part of a regimen that is currently helping me lose weight.Long version: So I started out about 329 and began drinking lots more water than I had been but did not start this supplement nor did I change my eating habits. Once the loss of water weight appeared to stabilize at 323, I began taking this supplement and making some better eating choices (fewer bad carbs, fewer bad fats, fruits and veggies, etc.) and dropped down to 315 and seemed to plateau. After that stayed for a couple weeks, I started walking some on the treadmill and I’ve dropped another two pounds this past week.When comparing these results to previous attempts at losing weight, I feel that this supplement is helping to curb my appetite, which I swear I read somewhere that it can do, but I do not see it on the bottle in front of me right now. I also remember reading things such as you can take this and not change what you eat too much because the whole point is that it helps with blocking absorption of fat and carbs. Given the changes I made to what I am eating, I do not feel that I would be losing weight if I had continued to eat “what I want” even with the assistance of these pills. So I’m leaning towards being unsure about those aspects of their claims. It may be tough to judge, however, since in theory the eating choices I am making include fewer of the things it is intended to block.I have not noticed any other side-effects or changes since taking them, and I’m about a month and a half into them right now. I give them a 3 (which Amazon says is “it’s okay”) because, as I mentioned, they do seem to curb my appetite at points when I know I was hungry and would snack in the past. I also don’t remember getting the “skin crawls” this time around, which is something I’ve felt in the past when I began dieting. I really think they are more of a 3 1/2 alas I can’t give that rating.

However, I recently got back on track after hearing about a few things that were working wonders- and weren’t difficult at all.First let my start by saying I used these pills in addition to Garcinia Cambogia, however I started the GC a week prior so that I could notice any differences between the two. The Green Coffee Bean, however, definitely curbed my appetite, and seemed to improve my moods even further.As for weight loss, I also started doing the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred DVD 3-4 times a week, AND went on a low-calorie diet which I keep track of using the MyFitnessPal app. By low-calorie, I mean around 1300 calories a day, however I still eat a full 3 meals, they’re just ‘better’ meals since I can get a lot further on the calorie counting with vegetables rather than with snack foods.Overall, in the past 24 days I’ve lost 15 lbs, and my pants are definitely way looser in the waist. But more importantly, I feel way better overall. I’m not craving the greasy stuff I once used to, so it’s easy not to cheat. Plus my waist, thighs and hips have gotten noticeably slimmer (not by much, maybe an inch each, but I can still tell). Also, my energy has sky rocketed, and my mood has been consistently ‘good’. The best part is that I was able to acclimate quickly to the new routine, especially when I started seeing far more rapid results than ever before!I bought these specific pills because I was following the instructions Dr.Oz gave for purchasing Green Coffee Bean Extract, and I am definitely pleased. Other people said they’d send a free bottle of pills, and I wasn’t too sure how legitimate that was, but lo and behold they will.
