Should Make up for Missing Nutrients
I had read about this vitamin complex without much knowledge. But soon found that this is something that would fit into my new regime of healthy choices. I am no scientist, by far, but I know enough about my own body and when it’s off to begin hunting for the reasons why. I have found out over the last year that due to my thyroid problems, I lack many necessary chemicals,minerals & vitamins my body becomes deficient in depending on which way it’s functioning.I get many cramps through my muscles and joint problems that I take a multi-vitamin and a few others but take each one at a time. I do this to see what truly helpful effects I can benefit from or see if I’m going down the wrong track. I have hit a 50/50 range so far, not bad. I will begin taking these beginning of next month to see how and where these fit into my new routine. I am mainly taking these at the moment for nerve disorder for muscle cramping and other disorders that are associated with the same problems and will advise as necessary.I looked at them and saw they are oil filled as a fish oil vitamin would appear but they state that there is no fishy taste or burps afterwards. Good! That would have been a instant no. At this point, I can’t argue with the price being too high for it seems to be within a bargain range and if it ends up working as I hope. If it will cover some other physical problems, therefore helping w/my detective work and be able to advise on a more diverse level, as it stands now, I’d still recommend for the value alone.

Do not eat the giant lemon heart , it’s tempting
Since switching to a low copper /low seed diet, I had To replace my long beloved flaxseed for my omegas . Algae is a good source.I was A bit thrown off when the desiccant came out. Me completely forgetting about it, thought I accidentallt Ordered gummies. Yup I almost ate it . We were eating dinner in low light and I did Not see the ‘do not eat’ imprint . It was real hard to see though. It smelled so good, like lemon candy, that even though I told my husband not to eat it, he looked like he was about to . So yes please be careful with children and/or pets . I’m not saying which I am .The gelcaps are a bit long , but thin in width. They’re mostly smooth, though there is a bit of a seam . Still was easy enough for me to swallow, and I so Have issues at times. There isn’t a smell or taste really, only the faintest hint of that lemongrass type aroma. I’ve had no side effects since switching. And they were not clumped at all.I think They’re effective . It would take a considerable amount of time with a lesser quality to see any difference though. To me it’s way more subtle and long term.I usually Would get the larger bottles for my omegas , so for a month supply these aren’t the best value , but certainly not the worst either . I think they are good quality and hopefully if they continue to work out, I’ll see if they have a larger bottle at more of a bulk discount. Good size to see how they do and check for reactions though.

Dirt burps
I was happy to try this as I hate the fish oil kind because I would always burp that terrible fishy taste. So with this being vegan, and no fish, I thought it would be perfect!Well, I’m using and hoping it’s working, no bad side effects except one: I’m burping what tastes like dirt! I’ve tried with and without food, different times of day, varying conditions so that it doesn’t happen. It’s not bad enough to discontinue use, just a little annoying. The benefits are so great I really want to get the most out of it.Will update review if I figure out how to remedy burps.

This is my first time trying NatureWise, and I’ve been very impressed with the quality. Exceptional Quality & Clean Vegan Formula…Just Be Prepared for Large Softgels!
I use other supplements from NatureWise and have always trusted them as a high-quality brand. This vegan algae oil definitely maintains that standard of excellence.I love that this bypasses the middleman (or middle-fish, rather!). Algae is the original source of the omega-3s that fish eat to become rich in EPA and DHA, so getting it directly from the source is much cleaner, more sustainable, and completely free of ocean contaminants.The Formula & Specs:Excellent Dose: Each 2-softgel serving provides 1,020mg of plant-based Omega-3s (delivering a great ratio of 700mg DHA and 280mg EPA in natural, highly absorbable triglyceride form).Clean Label: I highly appreciate that this formula is carrageenan-free (a big win, as carrageenan is hard to avoid in vegan softgels), non-GMO, third-party tested, and manufactured in a cGMP-certified facility.The only downside for me is the physical size of the pills; the softgels are quite huge and can be hard to swallow. Additionally, the bottle includes a ScentCert lemon-scented desiccant block. While some people might enjoy this to prevent a grassy or ocean-like smell, I am personally disgusted by lemon flavor. Since this is clean algae oil and not fish oil, it doesn’t have that nasty fishy smell to begin with, so the lemon block felt unnecessary.
