Large pill with an earthy aroma
Haven’t really noticed a difference in taking them, but still willing to continue to see what I notice. They are made from the fruiting body of the mushroom, which is supposed to be more beneficial in the body. These are REALLY large pills with a bit of an earthy fragrance to them. Unfortunately, they have a tendency to repeat on me, and I’m not keen on that at all. I usually don’t have issues with repeating, so I’m curious why this of all things is doing ot.Lions Mane is supposed to be helpful for a number of things, including anxiety and mild cognitive issues. I think the biggest test is to finish the bottle, stop for two weeks, and see if I go, “oh, wait, maybe it WAS helping with xyz.”

Quality Lions Mane Supplements
I’ve been taking this supplement for several weeks & so far it’s been good. I typically take lions mane & other mushrooms in powder form but these are a nice alternative. They are very easy to swallow & gentle on the stomach. I haven’t noticed any discomfort or side effects since taken. There is no smell or taste to these supplements. I take them along with my other supplements first thing in the morning. I do think the price is awesome for a 60 day supply.

Easy to take, made in USA
I chose these supplements for a couple reasons.Firstly, they are made at a GMP facility in the USA (from globally sourced ingredients) and third party tested. This is important to me when choosing supplements.The serving size is two capsules and they are standard sized capsules, making them easy to take. They give no after taste or upset stomach when taking.I can’t attest to long term benefits as I haven’t noticed anything from taking them. However, there are certainly many studies out there to benefits of taking lions mane mushroom, especially in condensed supplement form.Happy with the supplement but unclear if I’d continue at this point in time.

Lions Mane looks promising in early research, but the studies are too small to really bank on. Still, you might want to try it. Much of the research focuses on the beta glucans found in the fruiting body (the “mushroom” appearing part), and this particular supplement is from the fruiting body specifically. There might be some benefits from the rest of the mushroom, so you might want to see if you want to focus more on the fruiting body vs mycelium (more like the “roots”).This supplement brand tests for quality, potency, and safety. Many who claim to be 3rd party tested do not test for potency, so this puts this brand ahead of many. But even better than claiming something is showing some evidence, which this brand also does. You can go to their website and see the 3rd party testing results for beta glucans.When I opened the bottle, I noticed a mushroom smell, but I am way more sensitive to scent than many people. I mention this because several people say it has no scent, but it will to you if you also have a keen sense of smell. There’s no real taste other than capsule taste as long as you take it quickly.I didn’t really notice an improvement in cognition or digestion, but I rarely notice anything from a supplement, and often a much longer time is needed to feel a difference. On the bright side, that also means it didn’t have any bad side effects.

Organic ingredients, mine are stuck together in one clump
I have some digestive issues so I’m hoping this might help with that a little bit. I’ve been taking it for a couple of weeks and I have not noticed anything yet, but most things like this take some time so I can’t fault it yet. It claims organic ingredients and made in the US and those are a plus for me. They come in a nice glass jar big enough to hold 5 times this amount but I have one big issue and that it that they are melted into one big clump at the bottom of the jar. I have to take a knife and chisel them out and then they all break up into the individual pills, but the next day, they are in a single clump again. They are stuck together so hard that I cannot remove them with my fingers, I have to use a knife. Since I have not experienced anything from these yet, I cannot really evaluate the value for the money but they do run about average compared to other brands. they don’t really have any taste to them and are easy to take.
