Well trusted brand, been around for 50 years, but not NSF / USP certifed. No published COA.
I would rate this higher, but I’ve contacted this company several times via their support chat, and I asked if they could provide the COA for the product / batch lot #. I also emailed them, which they responded to. They said they would reach out to their QA dept for that COA sheet, but they never got back to me. So, I will knock a star off for that. Here’s my original review:Whether or not the supplement works is something you need to try out for yourself. However, what you should be wary of is whether the supplement contains what it says it contains on the label, with the stated potency / quantity, and nothing more or less. The only way to know this is if the manufacturer publishes a COA for the supplement’s batch / lot #, or if it is NSF, or USP certified. This product is not either. However, the brand does seem to be a high quality and reputable brand. It has been around for 50 years, and on their accreditation page, they make it seem that they are trustworthy.So, although I can’t wholeheartedly recommend the supplement. I can say that it’s worth a try. The supplement seems to be from a reputable company. It’s worth a try taking it.

This supplement contains a 60 day supply of a fairly decent dose of GABA. I like to take this a bit before going to sleep and I find it helps me a lot. This is a larger dose than some other supplements I’ve had and I might not need this much to have positive effects, but I don’t seem to have any bad side effects either. This supplement only has GABA (not a blend), which I can also appreciate so I don’t have to worry about overlap with other supplements. Comes in a standard gel capsule that should be easy enough to take if you’re able to swallow them.

This is a good quality product that is affordable and really works. I noticed a difference in my sleep quality while taking this, waking up feeling refreshed, more mentally clear, and calmer. Helps me rest.
I use GABA to help me rest, so I take the 1 a day at night about an hour before bed. Totally helps me sleep so they do work. Now they also help with mood balance if you take the 1 a day in the morning. But we are all different right? Anyway, these came TRIPLE sealed (even had the cotton) and smelled fresh and I wish I could give an extra star because these are stamped with a use by date. I am finding that a lot of supplements do not do this. But these guys do so even though I gave 5 you deserve 6 stars! Definitely worth the price!
