For travel, these are SO GOOD!We like Source of Life gold so much we order it consistently, even though we now live internationally. Its that good. We prefer the liquid version, but my husband travels a lot for work and these are perfect for that. If you feel (like I pretty much did) that vitamins are all fairly the same, and don’t make a big impact on your life, I urge you to try these!We are in our mid 30’s and just “typical”..Im not a exercise fanatic, health food buff, or the like. But the quality of life these bring is well worth the cost. We wake with such refreshment despite our busy lives and long days, and have SO much more stamina. I used to be so worn out. Try for a month or so. If you don’t feel different, simply quit…in my experience you will then notice the difference these make.And on a final note…I tried both this Gold version and the regular Source of Life..I prefer the gold. It made a difference just changing the version of the product.If you are on the fence..it costs under a dollar a day. A coffee out costs much more than that. Quality of life is worth it! We are a one income big family, but find this spending worth it, no doubt about it!

Most Complete Comprehensive Supplement Avaialble
Seller ship’s very fresh product. My bottle has an expiration date of March, 2018 :-)Manufacturer has high standards and includes an independent lab assay of the particular mix used to make the tablets in the bottle.Highly recommended to former multi-bottle mega dosing supplement users such as myself.If I had to make a choice of buying food or buying this supplement the supplement would win-hands down :-)I have been mega-dosing supplements for 45 years and because I am retired now my income is lower and got tired of opening several different bottles. I am always looking for the highest quality, most comprehensive supplement. I was thrilled when this product was introduced, It remains the reigning champion. Many supplements of this type throw in insignificant amounts of many supplements, but the additional ingredients in this product are large enough to be sufficient.Just wish that seller would change to a different shipping method. While the product was promptly shipped and was “delivered” on time, the seller uses Lasership that makes no attempt whatsoever to deliver the product directly to the customer – rather they make a pool delivery to the management office of my condo complex which in my case is more than a block away. Not cool. UPS, on the other hand delivers directly to the front door of your unit.Aside from it’s poor choice of shipper’s, the seller is otherwise excellent.

Expensive but worth the price
I began taking these vitamins earlier this year. Even though the price continues to increase, I have not been able to find anything else I like as much. I can tell a difference when I take these-not that energy like I’ve had a cup of coffee but more alert and feel better overall. If they kept the price lower (as it used to be) it would be a full five star without hesitation.

I love these vitamins however, I ordered tablets and got capsules. The description says tablets. I couldn’t return them so I gave them a try anyway and they didn’t work like the tablets. I usually get a lot of energy, but with these I felt nothing.
