They DO NOT Irritate my stomach
This is by far the best iron supplement I’ve tried. When I found out I had anemia I was told by my doctor to take an iron supplement. I tried the cheap ones, I tried the expensive ones and everything upset my stomach badly with cramps, pain and bloating. I look for an alternative and found these! I’ve been taking them for months and my iron levels are normal thanks to the carrier supplements added to the iron which truly make it easy to digest. I have not had one stomach episode since taking these. Some women I know ignore their low iron levels because of iron pill side effects which can have dangerous consequences long term. These pills alleviate the side effects and they work! I’m grateful.

Love the product, I’m really low in iron so this works great for me and not that I needed it but it keeps me regular as well. I don’t have any side effects but I do feel more energetic when I’m taking this product and following a healthy diet. It doesn’t have any taste at all, be sure to drink plenty of water as with any other vitamin out there.

Taste like heavy iron, which is understandable because they have high iron content. I still have to take this with food or I will feel sick. I do have more energy and it seems effective. The price is also good. However I don’t think I’ll repurchase this because the tablet is pretty big and kind of hard to swallow.
