I have to take a mild antibiotic to boost my tear production and I take this product to offset the effect the antibiotic might have on reducing the flora in my upper and lower intestines. It seems to be working fine.

Keep it refrigerated. Take one a day with breakfast or dinner. Bottle will last you 6 months. It will take about 2 to 3 weeks for your body to adjust to the probiotic. You may experience some stomach upset at first. But don’t give up. Its worth it for the benefits!

These Probiotics are Alive and Well!
I normally buy this brand and bottle in a store with refrigeration but lately I’ve been so busy I haven’t had time to go out of my way to get probiotics. With just a few left in the bottle I had I knew I needed to get busy and order some.Sure these did not arrive with ice packs and I don’t know how long they’ve been out of refrigeration but the truth is these probiotics are alive and well. You can tell because when you first take them they make your gut a little gurgly. Not bad, but still you can tell they are active!I find this brand has always made me feel better over the years and the formulation of the specific probiotics seems to work well for me long term. I decided to go with a brand I trusted and I’m glad I did because this seems to promote gut health and keeps things moving nicely. I don’t know if I’m even going to need to take one per day or whether I can take one per week or whenever needed. I take some prebiotics so that may increase the chances of them lasting longer.I am not a doctor, nor is this review medical advice.
