Got rid of bad stomache bug for me.
TMI warning but this stuff WORKS. I had THE worst case of diahrea for two days, I even had to sleep with puppy pads under me o.O My stomache sounded like a thunder storm was going on in there. After my daughter suggested I take these with a hot cup of Echinachia tea, with raw unfiltered honey and raw diced ginger. It completely Stopped! This stuff killed whatever horrid germ was in my gut. Days later I found out my friends dad almost had to go to the hospital from this stomache bug. She had neglected to tell me he was SICK or cancel our lunch and I was sick a few hours after seeing her. WHY do people do THAT??? hello, if someone u know is sick w bad or weird symptoms at LEAST tell people you are planning on being in contact with so THEY have the option of cancelling! I was never so sick in my life! At least this and the tea worked. I continued to take it for 3 days after. Then I loaded up on Yogurt : )

I have taken these for 3 months, I’m a teacher so I want to be healthy for my job however I got Covid the first week school started so I was surprised these weren’t a preventative and didn’t help with my upper respiratory issues like other brands have but what I did notice was that it helped with focus and concentration.

I take this to keep shingles at bay along with another vitamin. Easy to swallow and started taking it when I got shingles for the second time three years ago. No shingles since.Olive is supposed to be great for a lot so I’m sure I’m benefiting!
