For just about $32, this is a great value for such a well-balanced and large amount of multivitamins. It doesn’t have everything, for example potassium and iron, but it has a good mix of components to help back up a healthy diet.These pills aren’t very large, in fact they’re almost half the size of a standard 1-a-day multivitamin; but since you take two of them as a recommended dose, that’s not too surprising. They smell vaguely herbal or grassy, which isn’t a surprise, again – and more to the point they don’t smell bad, just a little like dried grass. The bottle is sealed with a tamper-evident seal on top, which you can peel off easily with the little tab on top that makes it simple to pull up the seal to open the bottle. Once you’ve done so, the pills themselves are reasonably small compared to a lot of multivitamins, only about half an inch long. They don’t have too much taste to them, just that same flavor you’ll taste with most multivitamins, a vaguely grassy flavor; the texture of them is smooth all over, which helps avoid tasting that very much at all. These pills have a duration of about 90 days if you’re following the advised 2-a-day dosage.These don’t include everything; for example, iron and potassium are missing. The tradeoff is that it’s not a one-a-day, you take two per day, so it’s a bit of a change if you’re used to a single daily pill. That said, the smaller size makes this pretty manageable.There haven’t been any big noticeable effects, but that’s pretty normal for a multivitamin, it’s more about long-term support than immediate changes. His doctor hasn’t said anything concerning either, so as far as we can tell, they’re doing what they’re supposed to.Overall, these feel like a solid, reliable option for a men’s 50+ vitamin. This multivitamin has so many essential nutrients and minerals, it is a great supplement for vital health and supports brain, eye, heart, bone, and more! Its hard to go wrong with Nature’s Way products. I love that the ingredients are natural and not chemicals. These are so easy to take.
