I have taken Fisol for at least a decade. The enteric coating means you’ll never have fishy burps, and the quality of the oil makes it one of the best fish oil products on the market. Not only is it beneficial for maintaining healthy cholesterol levels, fish oil also helps with joint health. I “heartily” recommend Fisol.

Makes My Skin & Hair Moist
I have taken this for many years. My hair/scalp and skin remain moister when I take this product. I know it works. In fact, I have to wash my hair more often or it becomes greasy. This also improves my joints. I have less pain. Give this a month to begin working and you will not want to return to regular fish oil.

Check Expiration Dates When Received
I received my order on March 12, 2021. The expiration date on the box is May 2021. Disappointed. Overall, the product is good and I have used for years on and off. It helps improve circulation and overall well being. I noticed the price was about $10 -12 dollars cheaper than purchased at retail stores, perhaps because the product had an old shelf life. In the future, I’ll buy it in store, rather than on Amazon.
