These were supposed to be “Delights”, but they were not delightful. Fiber tablets are not supposed to be great, but with many decent tasting fiber supplements on the market, I expected better of these based on the name. “Fiber Delights” how misleading!In size, they are about the size of a quarter and about the width of 3 stacked quarters.Chalky, white appearance and a pleasant smell.Bland and awful taste that made my tongue shrink away. Kinda like very old vanilla powder dusted lightly on soaking cardboard. Cardboard being the dominant flavor.After biting into it and trying to get past the taste, I found a very stale, old, wet, soggy vanilla wafer (the cookies if you have ever head of them) taste.Had to throw them away and am very unsatisfied. No way of getting money back on supplements though, so make sure you really want a chewable fiber and read all the reviews.

These tablets taste pretty good. Reviews reported a chalky taste – hey, these are fiber tablets, not candy! Chew them and drink some water – which you need with fiber anyway. They provide fiber support without having to swallow multiple capsules, and have a unique formula that contributes to a healthier intestine.

Good Product
Work well, I used to take Chewable Oat pills from one of my favorite vitamin companies, used them for years, now they decided to change products and added some weird filler that’s not healthy and ruined the taste. These, taste is just OK. Kind of expensive since you need a lot. I take two with three of another product because of price. Worth a try if you need the extra fiber.

Great tasting
These chewable fiber tabs are a little chalky but better than most. Very easy to add to your daily routine, just need to follow with at least a full glass of water. Oh and they work!
