For good health
I’ve taken these for a long time and, although I have no idea if they’re really doing something for me, I will continue taking them. My doctor has agreed that they are a good supplement, too. I like the softgel form of it as they’re easy to swallow.

The old fashioned saying, “You get what you pay for.” is true here with this supplement. I have used several other popular and trusted brands that have been tested and I can FEEL the difference when I take these. It gives you some light get up and go. I am more focused and get great blood sugar readings as well (it helps and I take it with another supplement). All around great product. I hope they never change anything. I take it twice a day. I would be too afraid to take a dose later at night.

We tried this as an Amazon Vine item because we weren’t sure whether we were getting good results from our previous brand of CoQ10. On month was all it took to be certain this was our new brand. The biggest difference is that our finger and toe nails are both stronger and growing much faster. The difference is rather dramatic. We’ve used several CoQ10 products in the past, and never saw significant results. This is the only difference in diet or supplements for us, so we have little doubt this product is responsible for rather surprising nail growth as well as strength.

I will buy this brand of Q 10 again. No one told me that if you use statins for your heart for problems that you’re supposed to use Q10 with them. now that I found it out I’ve been looking around for products that I like. some of them are huge like horse pills but this one is small enough that I can swallow it.

Terrible diarrhea after only 2 days – a huge waste of money
I am not sensitive to supplemnts but unfortunately after only the second day of taking it (only 1 and with a meal) I have the worse diarrhea I’ve ever had. I hate that I am stuck with a $50 product that I can’t use or return.

With so many different C0Q10s on the market, it’s difficult to pay a premium for this one. It’s easily twice the price of many other options.That being said, we did notice that it is particularly effective at providing steady, long-lasting energy throughout the day with no apparent side effects.A nice bonus is that the pills are fairly small and easy to swallow.
