First thing to note is that when taking any supplement, make sure it doesn’t interact with existing medications. Consult a healthcare professional or do your own research based on your current regimen.I ordered this supplement for someone who is over fifty and it is indeed a good supplement for everyday needs. It contains almost all the essential vitamins and minerals needed for adults over 50, but it is completely missing calcium, a critical mineral required for bone density in older age. Perhaps they didn’t include it because it’s common to supplement calcium separately. It also utilizes magnesium oxide and zinc oxide, which are poorly absorbed by the digestive tract compared to citrate or glycinate forms.There’s a good DV of vitamin B12, and it’s made of Methylcobalamin, which has good absorption. This is important for energy support. Also vitamin A is 50% Beta-Carotene / 50% Retinyl, which a good.Also, don’t rely on the list of fruit and veggies, because, realistically, not a decent amount can be compressed in a pill.The pills have a standard odor of multivitamins, which is common. They don’t leave an aftertaste after being swallowed. They’re also small in size, which makes them easy to take for most people.For three months supply, this is a very good value for money for about $10 per month.

For just about $32, this is a great value for such a well-balanced and large amount of multivitamins. It doesn’t have everything, for example potassium and iron, but it has a good mix of components to help back up a healthy diet.These pills aren’t very large, in fact they’re almost half the size of a standard 1-a-day multivitamin; but since you take two of them as a recommended dose, that’s not too surprising. They smell vaguely herbal or grassy, which isn’t a surprise, again – and more to the point they don’t smell bad, just a little like dried grass. The bottle is sealed with a tamper-evident seal on top, which you can peel off easily with the little tab on top that makes it simple to pull up the seal to open the bottle. Once you’ve done so, the pills themselves are reasonably small compared to a lot of multivitamins, only about half an inch long. They don’t have too much taste to them, just that same flavor you’ll taste with most multivitamins, a vaguely grassy flavor; the texture of them is smooth all over, which helps avoid tasting that very much at all. These pills have a duration of about 90 days if you’re following the advised 2-a-day dosage.These don’t include everything; for example, iron and potassium are missing. This multivitamin has so many essential nutrients and minerals, it is a great supplement for vital health and supports brain, eye, heart, bone, and more! Its hard to go wrong with Nature’s Way products. I love that the ingredients are natural and not chemicals. These are so easy to take. They seem very effective in fortifying my body and have no smell or bad taste. Others may cost less but I know these are natural and are working for me.
