Great ingredients for natural menopause support.
Nature’s Way is a trusted name in vitamins so I felt comfortable trying these out. I have been taking 2 a day as suggested. While I can’t say that I feel any noticeable difference as of yet, it does say best results with continued use so it is hard to evaluate after one bottle. At the current price per month it is a good value for a menopause supplement that is comparable to others on the market. I can say that I have had no noticeable side effects or otherwise unpleasant bodily events. They are easily digestable with no gas or bloating unlike some other menopause supplements I’ve tried. The capsules are not too big and easily swallowed. I do notice a strong herbal smell but I personally don’t mind it. Each capsule does provide half your daily amount of D3 and K which many people are lacking. Hoping the energy and better mood kick in any day now!

The moment I open this bottle, I am hit with a very strong fenugreek smell. The capsules also taste like fenugreek and leave the same flavor lingering afterward. If you have ever taken fenugreek while trying to increase your breast milk supply, you will recognize it immediately. Every dose gives me flashbacks to those exhausting days of struggling to keep my supply up!I have only been taking these for about a week, so I realize that may not be long enough to fairly judge the full results. So far, though, I haven’t noticed any significant difference in how I feel or in my menopause symptoms.I may need to give them more time, but the smell, taste, and aftertaste are extremely off-putting. I forced myself to try one anyone and was pleased that they don’t taste the way they smell. It’s only been a couple of weeks, but I can’t say I’ve noticed any difference in symptoms yet; effectiveness over time is still in question. On the positive side, I didn’t notice any significant aftertaste or gastric upset. There are 60 capsules in the bottle, which is a 30 day supply if taking the recommended dose of one cap, twice daily. The ingredients are primarily Vitamins D3 and K, with fenugreek, trans-resveratrol (a natural anti-inflammatory and antioxidant) and a blend of fruit and vegetable powders. While the label identifies ingredients as “clinically studied,” that seems meaningless without clinical outcomes provided. At the current price of $22.99, I’m not sure it’s a good value. This supplement appears to contain quality ingredients from a known brand. I don’t question that it may offer benefits, but I honestly don’t think I want to tolerate the odor long-term and won’t purchase again.
