Nature’s Way is a trusted name in vitamins so I felt comfortable trying these out. I have been taking 2 a day as suggested. While I can’t say that I feel any noticeable difference as of yet, it does say best results with continued use so it is hard to evaluate after one bottle. At the current price per month it is a good value for a menopause supplement that is comparable to others on the market. I can say that I have had no noticeable side effects or otherwise unpleasant bodily events. They are easily digestable with no gas or bloating unlike some other menopause supplements I’ve tried. The capsules are not too big and easily swallowed. I do notice a strong herbal smell but I personally don’t mind it. Each capsule does provide half your daily amount of D3 and K which many people are lacking. Hoping the energy and better mood kick in any day now!
