    Liquid Vitamin E is More Easily Absorbed by the Body Compared to Capsule Form

    At 64, I take a multitude of vitamins to supplement my diet. I find that by taking vitamins, it gives me peace of mind that I am helping my body by giving it the needed vitamins and minerals that it may not be getting with my regular diet.Vitamin E can be taken orally, or it can be applied to the skin. Regardless, liquid form of all vitamins is absorbed much more thoroughly than if taken by capsule. For this reason alone, this Vitamin E becomes a great value to me. I apply Vitamin E to my face daily, and to areas of my skin that may be irritated, maybe burned, or cut. Vitamin E helps to repair my skin, and this formula does a great job of repairing my problematic skin areas. It also helps to reduce scarring from injuries.Before buying this, I would have to cut a capsule in half and ooze the vitamin E onto my skin. With this liquid form, it is easily administered by droplet, so it makes application much easier and a lot neater.

    The oil is much darker in color & thicker than the other brands I purchased in the past. I don’t see the skin benefits from this brand either. I don’t think I’ll purchase this again. I had hoped it would be just as good but it’s not for me.

    This is diluted with a bunch of other oils that are not vitamin E. I don’t think this is a good value for $8 when you aren’t getting pure or mostly vitamin E oil. I should’ve read the ingredients more closely so don’t make the same mistake! Pay a little more for the pure oil.
