Not really sure how to rate a vitamin that I just started taking so I guess I won’t take any stars away for anything. I do like the Nature’s Truth brands and try to keep all my supplements from them, but sometimes I branch out if I can get the same thing for significantly cheaper. Sometimes it seems like they have temporary price increases and then you check it again in a couple months and it’s gone down a bit. I’m pretty excited to start taking a B vitamin as I feel like I’ve had lower energy and less focus lately. I also have a slight vitamin D deficiency, despite taking D supplements for the past couple years (this will now be my second supplement with D in it). I just started taking this today so can’t say I feel any different, but am hoping to get some of those benefits B can provide. I do feel like the other Natures Truth supplements I take are effective.

So Far, So Good
For years, I have been diagnosed with low vitamin D3 and B12 levels so much so that I occasionally have to take injections to improve my level levels. When I saw this combined vitamin supplements, I decided to give them a try in hopes that they can at least help me maintain a good or normal range level.Since Ive only recently began taking them, there’s no way to measure their effectiveness at this point, but I can speak to what I’ve experienced with the actual product itself in terms of the aesthetics.These capsules are nice sized not too large with them being soft gels. They’re easy to swallow and dissolve quickly. There’s no bad scent or taste, and the fact that there are 100 gels in the bottle will at least give you a few months to have enough taken to then get lab work done to see if it made any difference in the levels in your body. I am looking forward to continue to take these softgels and ultimately see what my personal results are after that time.

Great Cost Savings with 1 Dual Action Softgel ❣️
I am new to this brand Nature’s Truth and wanted to try it out since it has two of the supplements I need in just 1 pill.It is too early to tell if it’s better than my other products so I will need to use it for a few weeks till my next checkup.I do have issues with swallowing hard pills, so I do find these very easy to swallow which is a plus for me.The taste is mild.The ingredients are pretty good with just a little Sunflower oil. I am not a fan of it but understand why it is used in it.The D3 only has 2,500 IU, with the B12 at 1,000 MCG. So, if you need more D3 than I suggest getting their D3 with 5000 IU.If this product works for me it will be a nice change to only take 1 a day and get both my D3 and B12. Being on a Senior budget I am always looking for ways to save a little. 😍 I will do an update to my review in a few weeks.

Affordable vitamins
I love this brand of vitamins! I have had others but this is the first time I have tried the D3 and B12 from them. I feel like it’s super affordable as far as vitamins go- about $13 for a month supply. I’ve paid upwards of $60 for a month of vitamins so $13 feels like a steal.They are smooth coated and are super tiny and easy to swallow. I don’t notice any taste or bad side effects. I wouldn’t recommend trying to chew them since they are a liqui-gel.I’m not sure how to rate their effectiveness since I do take lots of vitamins together, but I will definitely reorder since they are such a great deal.

Two vitamins I need to take, in one convenient softgel
I have tried a number of products by Nature’s Truth, and so far I have really liked all of them and have found them to be good quality. I have to take Vitamin D everyday, and I recently have been trying to up the amount of B12 I take as well. This single, easy-to-swallow softgel is a convenient way for me to get both of these vitamins without having to remember to take multiple pills. I like that the D3 portion is only 2,500 IU, so I don’t get too much if I take another product that also has Vitamin D. This supplement does not include K2, which is often paired with D3, so if you need that supplement as well, you would have to get it from another source. The softgels are very small, easy to take, and have no discernable taste or smell. The bottle is far bigger than it needs to be, but otherwise I have no complaints about this product.

Good Soft Gels, But Too Many Added Ingredients
My D3 + B12 soft gels arrived double-sealed, and I was pleased to find that none of the soft gels were sticking together or clumping, even though there was no silica packet in the bottle.One issue I did notice was with the outer safety seal. As I removed it, it tore a small piece of the actual label because the label also serves as the safety seal and wraps around the top of the cap. Once the seal is broken, the label slides around the bottle and comes off fairly easy. I think the packaging could be improved in this regard.The soft gels themselves were easy to swallow, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed by the ingredient list. There are seven additional ingredients listed under “Other Ingredients,” including additives that I personally prefer to avoid in supplements. For me, that means this isn’t as clean or minimal an ingredient profile as I would prefer.Overall, the soft gels arrived in good condition and were easy to swallow, but the additional ingredients were disappointing. If you’re specifically looking for a supplement with a clean, minimal ingredient list, I would recommend looking at other options.

This D3 and B12 supplement from Nature’s Truth delivers two important nutrients in one softgel. The D3 at 2500 IU is a good amount. The B12 at 1000mcg is a generous amount for energy. No GMO and gluten free as stated. Softgel format means the fat soluble D3 absorbs well. This has no artificial fillers or unnecessary ingredients. I usually take D3 and B12 separately so having them combined in one softgel is easier for me. This is good for anyone looking to maintain healthy vitamin D levels and support energy through B12 without taking multiple pills. These softgels have not taste at least to me. The size is small so it’s easy to take. I’ve never taken this brand so too soon to tell you of its effect so far. But this is a solid everyday supplement from a brand with wide retail availability and it is priced well.
