Two supplements in one, mixes cleaNice to get creatine and collagen in a single scoop instead of buying and mixing two separate products. The unflavored powder is truly neutral — it disappears into my morning coffee or a smoothie with no chalky aftertaste, though like most creatine blends it needs a good stir in plain water. Getting the full 5g of creatine monohydrate per serving is great, and the multi collagen is a nice bonus for joints, skin, and hair. I’ve been using it daily for a few weeks and have noticed better recovery after workouts. Dissolves reasonably well with no gritty clumps if you stir thoroughly. Keto friendly and gluten free is a plus for my household. Simple, effective combo product — will repurchase.

Interesting combo, solid value
Overall: 5 stars (excellent) – I’m an intermittent faster but like to take Creatine prior to a morning workout. This unflavored powder provides not only that but also a bit of collagen (protein) without any material impact on my blood sugar. I’ve used several Nature’s Truth products and have been happy with all of them. This is also a good value for your money as compared to taking creatine and collagen separately.Individual Ratings:INGREDIENTS: excellent – Just creatine, collagen, a tiny bit of sodium. Nothing else.QUALITY: excellent – My review of the company indicates they use both global manufacturing and ingredients. Their facilities are cGMP and UL certified, as well as having several other certifications. No indication of 3rd party testing.Usage: excellent – 2 tasteless scoops provides 5g creatine and 3g collagen. Mixes about as well as any creatine powder I’ve tried (meaning not very well; use a frother). Nearly a 3 year shelf life.Note: Supplements are regulated like foods by the FDA, and claims regarding efficacy often aren’t backed by science. So I don’t review supplements based on those claims, and instead rate them based primarily on ingredients and quality. Creative and collagen
I’ve been using both creatine (to improve workouts) and collagen (to prolong the life of my knees) for a while. For me, I tuino they both do have benefits. This is a good combo product.

Nature’s truth creatine is an excellent product – it is gluten free and I love the balance of collagen creatine and taurine. It comes in a large package so it is a good value, and it is unflavored so very easy to take. It is non-GMO and has no artificial colors or other ingredients. The quality is really good and it seems to have been manufactured in the best possible way in the United States. I love that you can get both creatine and collagen in one serving. It also mixes very easily and I’m looking forward to seeing positive results in my hair, skin and joints.

A Smart Combination That Keeps Things Simple
I like supplements that keep my routine simple, and combining creatine and collagen in one scoop makes a lot of sense to me.What impressed me most is that this actually provides 5 grams of creatine monohydrate per serving. That is a solid daily amount and saves me from needing a separate creatine product. You also get 3 grams of a multi-collagen blend from bovine, fish, chicken, and eggshell membrane sources, plus 1 gram of L-leucine.I also appreciate that it is unflavored. I can add a scoop to something I am already drinking without introducing another strong flavor or overly sweet supplement into my day.One thing worth knowing is that the collagen is a proprietary blend, so you do not know how much of each individual collagen source you are getting. It also contains fish and egg ingredients, which is important for anyone with allergies or dietary restrictions.There are only about 21 servings in the container, so it is not a full month’s supply if you use it every day. I would love to see a larger size offered.Overall, I like the straightforward formula. Five grams of creatine, multiple collagen sources, leucine, and no unnecessary list of additional ingredients. For me, the fewer containers and scoops I have to deal with every morning, the better.

It’s good, but there are better deals
Everything about the product itself seems good. I took off a star because this is $16.99 for 21 servings of 9.5 grams, and I easily found another product that is unflavored, non-GMO, single-ingredient, micronized creatine with 100 servings of 5 grams and priced at $18.97 for more than twice the quantity. There’s nothing wrong with this product, as far as I can tell. I like that it is unflavored creatine. It mixes easily and has very little discernable taste when mixed with water. Overall, I wouldn’t purchase this one again, since the other better-priced brand is also a brand that I am familiar with. If it were a brand I had never heard of, then I may hesitate, even though it’s a better deal. I don’t want to refer to another brand in a review for a product, and I don’t get any benefit from referring to another product, but it was on the first page of Amazon search results when searching for “Creatine Unflavored.” That other product also has 1.7K reviews, with a 4.7 rating, so it isn’t an unknown brand. To summarize, my opinion is that it’s not a bad product but not a good enough deal to say it is a good value.

Huge container with not a lot of product
I (as well as several members of my family) have been taking creatine pretty regularly for the last 2-3 years. Taurine is not something I typically take independently but is included in a couple of supplements and drinks that I take when doing heavier training. As for collagen, it is not something I normally take but is something that some other members of my family use. I thought I would give the Nature’s Truth mix a try to see if it was a potential alternative to my current creatine or as a creatine/collagen replacement for family members.I have had a couple of supplements with questionable tamper resistance so look at that first. The green seal covers the entire plastic tub plus has a good lip over the lid. Cutting the seal to remove the lid is evident. There was also a good inner seal. No issues with tampering with this product so that is good. The expiration date is April 2029 so long shelf-life.I noticed the “Filled by weight, not volume” disclaimer and then the “Fill Range” marking on the bottom 3rd of the tub. My first thought was “that can’t be right”. Opening up the tub I was absolutely shocked at how little was in it. The powder was pretty much at the bottom of the “Fill Range” line. I then grabbed my normal Creatine supplement to compare. My typical supplement had the same size container but was 500G (compared to only 200G in this one). Using less than 1/3 the space in the container feels like a pretty scummy thing to do and a huge waste of cabinet space.As for the powder itself, it seemed a little on the grainy side. I wanted to check the “mixes easy” claim so started by putting it in an 8 ounce glass measuring cup and stirring vigorously for 30+ seconds (see cloudy picture). While stirring, I could still see that some powder did not dissolve on the bottom in only 7 ounces of water. I then waited about 45 seconds and watched everything fall out of the water and reform at the bottom of the measuring cup (see picture of everything having re-settled to the bottom). So the questions becomes “mixes easy” with what? Water? Nope. It may be OK in a smoothie, but adding it to water or a sports drink is not ideal.As for the claim of “no taste”, that is also not true. Taking a sip of this in 7 ounces of water definitely had a light but distinct taste. Granted, I could not taste any difference when added to a high electrolyte sports drink (but did have residue at the bottom of the cup that I had to keep shaking to mix up).I really had high hopes for this supplement but ended up feeling pretty disappointed. From a price perspective, this is around 4 times as expensive per gram as other creatine powders I have tried and 3x as expensive as the last container of collagen I got from Amazon. Had the container been full (500-600 grams) and it had been the same price, then it would have been cost competitive. Unfortunately, it is not. Only filling around 1/3 of the container also does not sit right. Is this a terrible product? No. it is just expensive and doesn’t quite live up to its stated claims based on my observations and testing. Overall, this is just not a product I can really recommend since so many better/cheaper alternatives.

I’ve been using this as an easy way to add creatine and collagen to my daily routine without having to take two completely separate products. The 5g creatine serving is convenient and right where I’d want it, and the unflavored powder mixes easily into my morning drink without noticeably changing the taste. The one drawback is that the collagen portion is only 3g, which is fairly low compared with the amount typically used for collagen supplementation. If collagen is one of your main goals, you’ll probably want to add additional collagen separately.That said, I still like the convenience of having both ingredients in one scoop, and the powder dissolves well with a quick stir or shake. It’s also nice that it’s gluten-free, non-GMO, and keto friendly. Overall, I’d consider this more of a creatine supplement with a bonus dose of collagen rather than a full-dose collagen product. If you’re already taking collagen separately, though, it’s a convenient way to get your daily creatine without adding another product to the routine.
