A really nice wide variety of probiotics to populate your gut
I’ve been taking probiotics for decades. In general I like mixtures that have a wide variety of bugs, because it just seems like a good idea to populate your gut with as wide a variety of useful probiotics as possible, as opposed to just one or two isolated ones. This one has really a very nice wide variety of probiotics, and also includes a nice little prebiotic blend for them to feed off of.The only problem for me was when I looked at the packaging I couldn’t find any evidence of even being manufactured in a GMP facility, let alone third-party testing, and I found that very worrisome. Usually when that happens I just throw a product out. I won’t risk putting that in my body.But this just had such a nice list of ingredients, I went the extra mile to do some research to see if I might find some kind of information that would give me more confidence in taking this product. And I did find it.After researching online, I come to find that Nature’s Truth is actually manufactured by Piping Rock, a well-established brand produced in the United States that I definitely do trust (and use on a regular basis). It is manufactured in a GMP compliant facility, but it is not third party tested. Ordinarily even that would still be a problem for me, because being told that a product is tested in house does not usually inspire me with much confidence. But knowing that actually the parent company is Piping Rock changes that for me to the point where I feel that I can trust this product and the quality control used to produce it.So I’m taking off one star because it’s not third party tested, and also because I think it would have been better if they had at least shown on the packaging that it is manufactured in a GMP compliant facility; but I would also say that I’m a pretty picky customer, so if I can feel confident and safe taking this, then probably so can you.

A great, high-quality probiotic and prebiotic blend for women that falls short of excellent
I was already using another Nature’s Truth product when I was offered this Nature’s Truth Women’s Daily Probiotics and Prebiotics, 50 Billion CFUs, 40 Vegan Capsules, Non-GMO and Gluten-Free Supplement. So, I knew I would receive a high-quality product when I made the order.I’m mostly happy. I like that it’s a gluten-free option. The capsules are easy to swallow. The supplement has a solid blend of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus cultures. I’ve also had difficulty in the past with receiving too much of a good thing from probiotics when taking normal adult doses. So, I’m always on the lookout for blends that break up the daily dose across more than one capsule. Multiple capsules allow me to take less than recommended to prevent adverse events.The best part about this supplement is that the daily dose is 2 capsules. So, I’ve cut my intake to 1 every few days, which gives me some of the benefits of the Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus cultures without any negatives. It also guarantees that I have enough to last me a month or longer. Of course, I can’t speak to total efficacy. I’ve experienced benefits. That’s all I can say.Beyond these positive areas, there are several aspects of this product that don’t thrill me…- I’m not entirely happy with the upfront investment amount required to own it, which is one reason I couldn’t give this supplement the highest possible rating. Other options exist elsewhere that don’t cost nearly as much.- I also loathe when companies use pink, a pretty princess stereotype color that demeans women, to market and sell women-specific products. It’s time for leaders in companies to realize that not all women like pink as a color. Also, women don’t need pink products to live great lives. We just need functional ones that live up to any hype and promises.As a result, at the time of this writing, I consider this probiotic and prebiotic supplement only a great value and not an excellent one. I really like the diversity and number of the available cultures and the two capsule daily dosage that allows for lowering exposure and limiting potential adverse events. I just wish that either the cost was lower or the number of capsules per bottle higher, and that people would stop slapping pink as an accent or main color on women’s products.

When I ordered this product, as in the past, I thought I was getting billion CFU in each capsule. There are 40 capsules with 25 billion CFU per capsule. I am actually paying more for the product than I thought. I should have put my glasses on and read the smaller print on the bottle.

I’ve been taking these for quite a while, and I will say that they have aided in helping my gut and private area get on balance! I used these while I had a UTI and Yi, like, and I believe that these aided in getting rid of them, as well as helping with Maintenance after the fact. These are a supplement that I will continuously take, due to how effective they are for female health.

Vegan supplement for a happier belly…
This is a 20-day supply of probiotics and prebiotics, if taken according to the instructions. The packaging is nice–colorful and in a sturdy bottle, and I’m guessing that’s some of what you’re paying for. At $20 a bottle, each dose will cost you $1. The capsules are small, which makes them very easy to swallow. I have in the past experienced side effects from the wrong probiotic, but this has given me no side effects. The ingredient list is excellent, and the only added ingredients are MCT and (obviously) the vegan capsule. I tend to have a touchy stomach and somewhat frequent indigestion, but taking this supplement does keep my digestion a bit more on track with less bloating. You have to be consistent with it, though, in order for it to be effective. Given that this is pretty effective, I would say that the value for the money is good. Not great, not bad, but entirely satisfactory.

I’m reviewing Nature’s Truth Women’s Daily Probiotic & Prebiotics. This item was shipped out quickly and arrived in perfect condition. The bottle comes with a protective seal over the top, and there’s also a freshness seal under the lid. I’ve used this brand many times over many years, and have come to trust their quality. This product was no different, it’s very good! These supplements were so easy to add into my daily routine. 2 per day. There’s a 20 day supply included. The capsules are fairly small, which I like. Often times supplements can be so big! But not these. And they’re very easy to take, no problems swallowing them. There’s no funky smell or taste either. Without going into too much detail, lol, I will say that I can tell they are helping my gut! I’ve been struggling with constipation and bloating for a very long time. After a short time of taking these, I feel lighter. My gut doesn’t feel so full and bloated all of the time. I’m really happy about that! I’m going to contribute using these in hopes that they will continue to improve my gut health. I haven’t experienced any negative side effects thus far. I think that this product is a fair value for the money. They are effective & simple to use. I also like that the bottle is rather small, so it’s easy to bring along if you’re traveling. I would definitely recommend these capsules to others! 🙂

Good Quality for Small Quantity
I prefer Prebiotics that feed the good bacteria in your gut to Probiotics that most often don’t get all the way to your gut to repopulate but thought I would give this a try. There’s not a lot in such a big bottle but I will say they are working well for me — mostly on the prebiotic side from what I can tell. It’s almost like I’ve ate a lot of bran and every thing is running super smoothly. I’m not having any dramatic side effects. I think the value could be a little better for the amount you get but the quality is very good. I’m only taking one a day and that seems to be enough so I might get a bit more value than what the recommended dose says.
